I was at the hotel in November 2024. The hotel is new and modern. The rooms were very nice, large and spacious. There is a luxurious bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, floor lamps, of course the climate, large floor-to-ceiling Windows, bathroom with bathtub. Three towels. There are a lot of cupboards, a refrigerator, a safe in the hallway. There is a kettle and a coffee machine with capsules. Bathrobe, slippers. They are cleaned every day. Towels and soap accessories are changed. There is a buffet breakfast in the morning, there is a good conference room on the second floor. In general, everything is like in a normal three-star hotel. Now the flaws are sharp and unpleasant! The hotel is positioned at 4 stars, but they are definitely not here! The spa, sauna and swimming pool are closed. There is no gym here. There is no computer or printer in the lobby or in the hotel at all, if you need it. There is no proper coffee at breakfast! And tea is only made from tea bags. There is no juice for breakfast! And if you arrive an hour later than the opening, there will be nothing at all except tea and instant coffee. The buffet is very poor, especially in terms of fruits. And the menu practically does not change. In general, there are no 4 stars here, and for this price, only the room area is good if you need it so much.

The hotel is very nice. The single rooms are ordinary in size, the double rooms are very large with air conditioning. The rooms have everything: toiletries (soap, shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner), bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, 0.5 drinking water, kettle, tea, coffee, cups, glasses, refrigerator, cabinets with hangers, desk for work, TV, armchairs, coffee table, sofa. Room cleaning and towel change on request (special button in the hallway). We lived for 6 days, we liked everything very much. The staff is polite, any questions can be resolved at the reception.

I was at the hotel in December 2024. The hotel is amazing. The staff is very helpful. All issues are resolved within 2-5 minutes. Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed daily. The breakfasts are varied and delicious (for every taste). Thank you for your customer focus!!!
