It took a long time to choose a sofa in the living room, I wanted an adequate price and decent quality. We chose Soff.They never disappeared. The sofa turned out to be gorgeous, everything is perfect in it, starting with smooth lines and ending with a bombastic design. The quality and comfort are excellent! I liked the sofa model. There were conflicting reviews on the Internet, but I decided to take a chance. The sofa was custom-made, angular, on the long side of 3 meters. Due to delays in repairs, I postponed delivery several times, then the geometry of the room was a little overplayed and on the one hand it was necessary to reduce the sofa by 2 cm. Total: the sofa is in place, the company has shown high-tech service and customer orientation. Believe me, I was not an ordinary customer, but they passed this way with honor. Initially, they said one price for delivery, but then it turned out that if they did not get into the elevator, and three meters did not get into the elevator, then the surcharge and the total amount were three times more, I said that we had not agreed so and that we should decide with the management. So, they decided not to send me, but said OK, you will only pay the agreed amount. I'm not a fan of scribbling reviews, but such diligence and real service have punished me, so I'm happy to share my thoughts. Of course, I do not know what will happen to the sofa in a year or two, but what I see today makes me very happy and gives me pleasure. My personal recommendation. Well done

I ordered a sofa customized by the company Soff.by in Minsk on Dzerzhinsky Street. I was worried, but I took the risk and didn't regret it. I really liked the sofa, everything is as I wanted. We arrived 15 minutes before closing time and at the entrance to the soff store.there was a sofa nearby that immediately caught my eye) thanks to Daria for her help, I prepared a contract on my day off) on Sunday I came and signed a ready-made contract with installments from the store for three months!!!
According to execution, the guys do not make furniture out of garbage! The frame is made of birch shield, fittings are minimal, which facilitates assembly and operation - they were assembled at home in 5 minutes)

Sofas are already a year old, only guests sleep on them. Everything is whole, everything is fine. I take two stars for a very unpleasant trick. I received a text message that the promotion is taking place, you need to leave two reviews on different angles and receive an ottoman as a gift. I left a review here (as well as probably many others), and on the second resource, it is technically impossible to leave a review there, it turns out that the condition is not fulfilled, and the ottoman is passed by). I would have left a review simply, without gifts and bonuses, if asked. But such a trick is very unpleasant.

We ordered a sofa from an online store. Less than three months later, a gap formed between the pillows. I tried to contact the manager. It was only after I wrote on the website that I had been ignored for 2 weeks that I was contacted. The sofa was taken away for renovation. We agreed that there was a defect, and we fixed it. Upon returning, the gap situation was repeated 2 weeks later. We are very disappointed with the purchase and that we chose this company among others with the same sofa model in the assortment. Targeted advertising in soff's inst works perfectly, the profile is good, they add exceptional positive reviews there, of course. Plus the purchase of advertising from bloggers. But what is the point of rowing orders if they are not fulfilled on time?
The sofa has been waiting for almost 4 months. To ignore calls and messages, I had to re-clarify the information on the order of my husband. They arrived the day before the housewarming, when we were already desperate and ready to cancel the order. As a result, a sofa and pillows with different seams were brought, the pillows were redone for another 3 weeks (which the courier threw on the ground before the entrance, heavy to see, but thank you for not falling into a puddle)
I leave a plus for the consultant and the smm-targetologist
It's hard to talk about the sofa yet, Otto's model looks good, let's see how it will serve
The matting fabric originally had puffs in some places, pillows with removable covers, but keep in mind that inside the covers is not a pillow, but a sintepon in a package similar to a spunbond

We ordered a sofa with my husband on April 2, when ordering, they served us nicely, saying that the delivery time was 30-35 days, without specifying that it was WORKING. Based on this, we expected a sofa by the beginning of May, calling today to clarify the delivery time, we came across a very "polite and
customer-oriented employee" who talked dismissively and laughed into the phone. To the question of why they had not been prejudiced earlier, a clear answer was given, I quote,
- I should have seen what you were signing, it wasn't me who worked with you, but another employee, I can't be responsible for his actions.
The whole speech was accompanied by chuckles and a dismissive tone, saying it was their own fault. It was important for us that the sofa was delivered by the beginning of May, as the move is planned. We were also not warned about the presence of an accelerated manufacturing process when buying, knowing about such a function, we would certainly use it. When talking on the phone with me and my husband, Proda behaved rudely. There was a feeling that customers were not appreciated in this company. The quality of service is at zero, it is a pity that for such money such a low service. Of course, we will wait for the sofa, but we will not order or recommend your salon anymore.
