When contacting a specialist, Irina Kurova, who accepted and placed the order, initially received silence, and then humiliation and insults, instead of an apology. I was very unhappy with the execution of the order and especially with the service culture. I do not recommend contacting this organization, because by allowing poor-quality execution of the order, they will make you sick and not an adequate person, referring to the fact that these are just pillowcases. But the cost of one pillowcase is 50*70,which was made by 53*73.5-70 rubles. The pillowcases were changed to the right size, but it took time to take them to the remodeling and pick them up again. This is the first time I've encountered such boorish treatment of a consumer. I received only negative emotions from communicating with Irina Kurova. He does not know how to work with a client in a situation of poor quality order execution.
