I made an appointment in advance for Sunday at 10:00 for a pedicure, as only this time is free (a small child). I spent a long time choosing a place in the area of Mstislavets St., since I had never had a manicure /pedicure in this area before, I chose a place based on a high review, so as not to lose money and not get into a "bad place". As a result, at 9 a.m. they called me and said that the master "felt sick" and he would not come to work ("is it possible at all"?). And my record is canceled.
Question to the administration: what do you mean, it just got bad after Saturday, is it even acceptable for a service to be canceled in an hour?! I have no questions if a replacement master would be offered! But I just got the service canceled!!!
