Good day! I thank all the staff of the hotel, everything was very wonderful, they greeted me good-naturedly upon arrival. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are great! Upon arrival, I tried borscht, I really liked it! There were a lot of excursions, so lunches and dinners turned out on the road. I had a great rest in Armenia! Although there was no transfer and no guide, I had a great opportunity to explore the sights of the country on my own.

The first night
1. Did not bring duvet covers
2. A sheet
We paid money for ironing and cutting things, as a result, we gave away shorts with an iron stain the next day, I gave the shorts back.
In the afternoon, they gave the room keys to clean the room and brought duvet covers and sheets + replaced towels.
As a result, we arrived in the evening, went into the room, but there was no one in the room, no one was cleaning. I went down to the reception again, said that the room had not been cleaned - we understood now we will do it.
It took half an hour while I was waiting to take out the trash and towels from the room, put them near the door, as the towels are wet and damp. To which, upon the arrival of the cleaner, I received a reaction - and why did you take out the trash? With a fee. Because that's what I wanted. That is, I also have to explain why I do the work for her.
The disgusting attitude, the feeling that I didn't pay with money, but they let me in there for free.
I do not recommend it in any case.
