Many thanks to Irina and Oleg! I studied with them at the end of March, and it's very convenient that it's in a remote format. Everything is accessible and understandable, and we answered all the questions that arise during the training process. We helped with the advice in organizing a reproduction hall and a snail field. They approached the issue of creating a snail farm very thoroughly. We were looking for experienced specialists who would transfer their experience and knowledge without embellishment and chatter. We called everyone and everything, but stopped at Brest. And they didn't regret it.
Firstly, the trip was combined with a visit to Brest, a wonderful city, we are delighted. Secondly, the organization of training on the farm is at a high level, starting from the venue itself (clean, cozy), to the presentation of the material (the theory is accompanied by a presentation on TV, which is very convenient. Irina and Oleg are great professionals. You can see that their task is not to sell a snail, but to really talk about the essence of the business, about all the problems.
The guys gave a clear understanding of the business, what it takes to open, how much you need to prepare... You won't find this in a YouTube video.
We were treated to a tasting of snails, showed the work of the reproduction hall, how the ventilation system works (it is very important!) and much more. I was impressed by the mill!
Also, the owners have achieved great results in the production of the finished product, there is a technical specification for the production of semi-finished escargot. It's worth a lot!
The overall impression is very positive, if you are thinking about going to study, then definitely yes, it's worth it!!!

Before starting cooperation, we studied the entire market for snails of the Russian Federation, and eventually found them in Belarus. Everything is very professionally organized, they helped with transportation, there are all the necessary documents, so the snails came to us via the Mercury system. We are very satisfied. We bought Escargot farm snails. We have something to compare it with, periodically we take the snail of the mocha manufacturer. The farm snail is much tastier, the meat is very tender. We took 4 flavors, Burgundy, tom yam, nutty and curry. We liked Tom yam the most. We are very glad that such delicacies have started to be produced in Belarus, thanks to the farmers.

They came to study. The hosts are very hospitable. They told and showed everything "from" and "to", including tasting of ready-made sets. They answered all the questions and gave us valuable recommendations. We definitely recommend it to all novice snail breeders and not only. The tour will not leave indifferent either a child or an adult!!!!

A complete divorce! We arrived at the farm and kissed the doors... It turns out that you can buy snails only by appointment! There is no information about this on the website! And they are in the middle of nowhere!
