Favorite place since 2020. A favorite team that will make a cannon out of any pair of shoes. The quality of the work is excellent. They always try their best. I tried a different range of services, namely: cleaning, repair, installation of prevention, restoration, stretching (even the lacquer boats managed to stretch). According to the deadlines, if you want it fast, you pay more, like everyone else. If you want to get into the season and not pay more, then it's better to prepare shoes in advance and there will be no problems.

I contacted the Snicker Service on the recommendation. The sole on her husband's favorite winter boots did not look the best. They consulted in the workshop and told us what could be done. The repairs were promised to be done in three weeks, but they managed a little faster. The result is impressive (pictured). You can't even tell that something was being done on the shoes! Thanks for the recovery.

I repaired shoes in October. She gave her husband's work boots (heavy, with a metal toe) for firmware and her favorite shoes with a narrow slit on the toe. I wore it carefully for 3 years and kept it for another year, not daring to throw it away, because in other workshops they offered to slap the patch on top, which is simply equivalent to recycling. The repair period was promised to be at least 2 weeks. It was done in about three hours. First, my husband's shoes and a Telegram sent a video explaining what was stitched and where. After a couple of days, my shoes were ready. The patch was put on the inside and in the second shoe, just in case, too. There is a hole in this place, but when you wear it, your finger rests against it and everything looks smooth and perfect. I'm still happy to carry them. The price is not the cheapest, but this is exactly the RESTORATION and you decide whether to agree or not. In my case, I was ready for anything that costs less than the new ones, which I can no longer buy. Very professional advice at the time of acceptance with the offer of all possible repair options, cost, there are different payment options. I found it difficult for the first time in the dark, because even the residents of the house were not aware that they had shoe repairs on the back of the house and everyone tried to direct me across the street to another workshop))).

I found a service in insta, I decided to apply for a long time. I read the reviews, the deadlines were a little confused, but I was going to repair summer-autumn shoes, and when should I do it, if not in winter?
In my favorite sneakers, frequent wear has worn down the sides. At first, they offered to put patches on the photo, but with face-to-face treatment they changed to another option (it turned out even cheaper). They warned that the queue was about a week long, and everything would be done for another week. We were very surprised when they returned the pair four days later. We were even more impressed with the way we did the job.
Of course, they will never be as new, but from a height it is not at all clear that something was done to them.
Respect for the speed and quality of work! Well, the girls who accept shoes are nice :)

I applied to replace a badly worn part of the handbag. I was very pleased with the work. I was lucky, they did it quickly. The replacement material was ideally selected, the seams are smooth, everything is of high quality. And as a bonus, they also cleaned it up a little. There's not even anything to complain about. The best sneaker repair service in the city! Initially, I came on the recommendation of a friend. I applied several times and did different jobs: this includes painting suede adics, and cleaning, and last time cleaning and replacing the backs. The work was done brilliantly and even better than I imagined! Usually, my shoes are killed significantly during the season, and in this wonderful place, life returns to them! I handed over my sneakers for repair, they offered to "glue" or, to make it more reliable, "re-sew and re-glue completely, so as to repair it accurately." OK, I chose the second option, waited a week. I came to pick up from the repair, I was immediately given a piece of paper to sign about the absence of claims. Well, I think OK, no problem, I've read so many laudatory reviews, it must be all good.
As a result, the sneakers got wet as well, or even more than before. They refused to redo or finish anything. It was said that something was not liked in the materials (what should not have been liked right away and why not tell about your comments earlier???). They offered a re-repair with the specific manufacture of new parts of sneakers, which was 4 times more expensive than the previous repair. The question whether there will be any guarantees was answered in the negative. It turns out that they take money, but there is no responsibility for the quality of work. Thank you, I won't contact you again.

It's not the first time I've turned to this beloved workshop. It so happened that on a work trip I found myself in unsuitable weather, but my favorite shoes. Sleet and salt practically "killed" my nubuck boots. The craftsmen creatively approached the restoration of my shoes, which now look like new ones. I am sincerely grateful!

I applied on the recommendation of friends. My wife's favorite shoes were perfectly restored. The shoes are as good as new, I can't even believe that this is the same pair of shoes. The pleasure is not cheap, but it is definitely worth it. It should be borne in mind that the waiting time can be long, depending on the complexity of the work and the load. Therefore, it is optimal to give the shoes for restoration at the end of the season.
