This observation deck was made in the mid-70s and offers a wonderful view of the Nurek HPP building, the tunnels of the catastrophic spillway, the lower reaches and partly the city of Nurek. They always take a memorable photo or shoot a video here, because it turns out to be a very beautiful panorama.
The only "minus" is that it is quite difficult to get here, since the observation deck is located in a closed and protected area of the Nurek HPP and it is impossible to get here without a pass.
