(by the way, they left all the valuables in the room) and it looks like the room was being cleaned at that time. Back at the reception, we were told that my wallet was found in the trash (?!) during cleaning and the cleaner took a picture of it. (They send these photos to a group for all employees). When I got up, I didn't even realize where the trash can was at first. It turned out to be under the table. When I checked it in front of the staff, I didn't find $100 there!! But thousands of Russians remained in place. When I told the staff about this, they spread their hands, referring to the fact that all valuables need to be stored in a safe and they are not responsible for any losses outside the safe. There are no
cameras in the room, and no one can prove that I had dollars in my wallet - the conclusion is that you are to blame for leaving YOUR things in the room are not locked. The whole vacation is ruined, there is no desire to stay in this hotel, but the ticket has already been paid for.
On the downside, the breakfasts are terrible, if you don't get up within the first 30 minutes of serving breakfast, there won't be any normal food (by the way, the guy ate their rice and spent half a day in the toilet). We have a small stain on the sheets - I hope at least they won't charge us for this, although knowing the level of that hotel, I think we will also face this problem.
P.S. It's a shame that we spent money and time on this hotel, and even more so the money was stolen by the cleaners who continue to work here with impunity!

A good three-star hotel, the rooms are spacious enough for Asia. If you choose a room higher than the 12th-14th floor, you will have a magnificent view of the sea. On the 16th floor there is a swimming pool with a relaxation area. Breakfasts are focused more on the Chinese, everything is sweet, and sausage too, but we always found something to eat, there is also fruit for every breakfast. The central beach is a 5-minute walk away. Excellent location.

There is a small pool on the roof, but due to the proximity of the sea, it is more of a decorative element than a functional one.
We had a rest from June 9 to 22, 19. We had a double Deluxe room with a sea view on the 14th floor. The room has one large bed very comfortable, in the room there is a conditioner, a small table, a chair, an armchair, a refrigerator, a safe, a kettle. Coffee and tea were served daily and toiletries were also provided daily, and these are gel, shampoo, brush, paste, comb, cap for 2 people, towel large and small, changed daily, cleaning was also carried out daily.With the staff, although we do not speak English, we understood each other well, the translator will help you, the staff is very friendly and responsive. We only had breakfast included, and even if we came to it late, we did not stay hungry, we could taste pancakes and fried or boiled eggs, porridge from Russian food, the food was always reported! As for the location of the hotel, it is located in the center of Nha Trang on the 2nd line, 5 minutes from the beach, cafes, shops and the like, as well as currency exchange within walking distance, in general, the hotel has a 3* status, but it is very attractive for all 4*.
