I'll start right away with what I don't like.: the fact that the barista puts sugar in my coffee herself. She's asking, of course. But I like to add sugar to my own taste, and not when someone puts too much or too little. It's disrespectful to the customer not to provide sugar. And secondly, drunks and homeless people often sit at tables for nothing. Because of them, you can't sit in a coffee shop and drink coffee. Well, in general, the coffee shop is fine, the coffee is average. You can stop by in passing, if some drunk hasn't taken a table with his sugar. And please stop putting the lid on the coffee if the customer doesn't ask for it.
A 100% chic coffee shop, chic cocktails and coffee, everything is very tasty. Gorgeous barista Veronica, cooks excellently, just can't find the words, always kind, polite, positive. Everything is gorgeous and excellent. I recommend it to everyone 👍
03/24/2025, the girl on the Hippo stubbornly did not want to make me coffee. When I was about to get in line again, she pointedly left and started chatting with some guy. The total waiting time is 15 minutes: when she returns from her break, she will serve another person and leave again, seeing that I try to buy coffee twice. I won't take any more coffee here.
I thought to feel a breath of hope in this gray time , but I felt disappointed :(
It's not the first time I've taken drinks
And every time they forget something, once or twice it's okay, I understand everything , all people
But everyone…
I went to this coffee shop quite often, everything was fine. But lately I have come across the fact that in the evening, an hour and a half before closing, there are constant breaks. I understand everything, I work with people myself, I want to go home faster, but start washing everything when you still have a lot of time before closing....... Make these breaks into your work schedules, because when I go to have coffee, I WANT TO HAVE COFFEE! If you work until 22, then work adequately, and not intermittently until the end of the working day!
The barista's desire to decorate a drink is always understandable. But this is important if the drink is served in a mug and the client sees what is there and can remove it with a spoon if he does not like the taste of the decoration. But when they give you coffee with a lid and you don't see or even suspect that something is floating there, you take a sip and don't understand what an unpleasant taste is and what's hard in your mouth - it's not very pleasant. I didn't really want to remove this beauty with my hands in the car, I had to drink in small sips so as not to eat the lavender flower again (it's not particularly tasty if anything).
And the coffee was overcooked (
Coffee is not just delicious, really invigorating! The baristas are friendly and customer-oriented! There is an opportunity to enjoy a drink right on the spot at cozy tables!!! Ten out of ten!!!
