I bought Earpods headphones, they turned out to be defective - the plug just fell off, the seller agreed to exchange it without any problems, after a few days they called and said they could pick it up. At first, there was a misunderstanding, because for some reason they didn't work on my iPhone, but on the iPhone of the person for whom it was intended, everything has been working without problems for the third week. Thank you, they could have refused, saying that I broke the plug myself.
