I would like to express my gratitude to the guide Galina and the minibus driver.
Adults and children really enjoyed the sightseeing tour of Minsk.
The difficulty of working with athletes of different ages (11-16 years old + adults) only provoked Galina. 3 hours flew by in one breath. Despite the end of November and the evening, the whole tour was imbued with warmth and love for the city and its history. Even the smallest tourists were hardly distracted. Presentation of the material at a height - without tedious lectures, figures only together with interesting facts, while after some time (15-20 minutes) the guide asked the children "do you remember ....?" and thus the numbers / dates / places remembered everything.

On January 5, we went on a guided tour of the Brest Fortress and Belovezhskaya Pushcha. I liked everything very much. There were a lot of us tourists (40 people), but everything went great. Denis accompanied us. The information was very interesting. Everything is organized clearly, as a result, the excursions were held without delay. The bus service was also wonderful. The bus driver inspected the car during technical stops and wiped the windshield glass. We arrived on time, according to the agreed time. Many thanks to Denis and the bus driver (va 1034-7) for their work!
The suggestion to the managers who meet tourists is to send people immediately to the bus after registering tourists and receiving payment for the tour, taking into account the winter period. (Since the meeting is scheduled for early morning, it's cold outside, there is nowhere to hide from the wind and precipitation at this time).

On December 11, 2024, we went on an excursion to the Forest and Brest. I would like to express my gratitude to the guide Irene! The tour is long, exhausting, but immensely interesting and informative! A lot of information has been given! If the tour guides did not mention something, Irena filled in these gaps! She answered all our curious questions! From 6 a.m. to 22 a.m., Irena led our group with a positive attitude! Thank you very much!

On January 3, we visited Khatyn and the Mound of Glory with the Smart Tour. The organization is at a high level: it is clear on time, it is possible to pay with a Mir card on the spot, a comfortable bus, a competent, pleasant guide on the route. And, of course, the Khatyn Museum and Memorial complex itself, renovated in 2023 to mark the anniversary of the liberation of Minsk, is a must-see and leaves an indelible impression. Only positive emotions remained from the tour. I do not exclude that we will also apply to the Smart Tour on our next trip to Minsk.

Good company. The Mir and Nesvizh tour was booked via Satellite, without prepayment. The organization of the trip is excellent, a large comfortable bus. The guide Ivan is very friendly and sociable. There was plenty of time to visit. Lunch is delicious and satisfying. We liked everything.

My wife and I were in Belarus for the first time.
Let's go on an evening tour of Minsk on 06.01., many thanks to the guide, the girl (unfortunately, I don't remember her name), despite the cold and wind, all the people willingly followed the guide from the bus, tells a lot and interestingly about Minsk.
A lot of information was received, at first immediately after the tour it seemed like a mess in my head, but in the following days I was surprised to realize that most of what I heard comes back to my memory.
Once again, many thanks to the guide and the driver for a great introduction to Minsk!

When planning a trip to Minsk, we were looking for a travel agency where you can book excursions without paying in advance. Choosing a Smart Tour was not a mistake. Firstly, long excursions are organized every other day, which gives you the opportunity to relax and visit a sightseeing tour on the intermediate day. Secondly, when ordering three excursions, a small discount was provided. Thirdly, organized meals are provided for long-term excursions, as well as a convenient departure point for excursions - the Red Church. And, of course, the most important thing is that they are excellent and very erudite guides. Moreover, the guides were lucky on all three excursions. During the trip to Brest, Irena narrated the entire long journey, and on the way back she also conducted a quiz with prizes, consolidating our knowledge. During the trip to the Castles of Mira and Nesvizh, Nadezhda gave the maximum amount of information, and in an accessible language, very emotionally, using her native national language, which was very pleasant. I also really enjoyed the sightseeing tour conducted by Irina. If we return to Minsk again (we did not cover all the sights at one time), we will definitely contact this travel company. We, a group of classmates with families from the Ivanovo region (Russia), booked a tour to Brest+Brest Fortress+ Belovezhskaya Pushcha on May 9th. For 35 years, since our graduation, we have dreamed of coming to Belarus and paying tribute to the people who defended us and our Homeland from the very first hours of the Second World War! Our history teacher, a participant in the Great Patriotic War, Nikolai Nikitich Kukushkin, told us a lot about the war.
The tour was organized clearly :
We booked quickly, were reminded on the eve of the trip, the payment was accepted at the terminal from the MIR card, the bus is new, the driver is well done, but..... I would like to say separately about our guide Yurchik Denis Evgenievich!🔥
This person is a 100% professional! He told us so much interesting and fascinating , and most importantly, very intelligible, that we had as much information in our heads as possible! Believe me, we have something to compare it with, as we spent 2 more days with other tour operators and, accordingly, with other guides! But that's another story!🙂

This is my first time in Belarus. When checking into the hotel, I saw an advertisement for excursions, after reviewing the information, I decided to order:
BREST Fortress and Belovezhskaya Pushcha;
BelAZ to the factory of the largest cars in the world;
Khatyn and Kurgan-Glory;
Mir Castle and Nesvizh Palace.
I didn't even imagine that everything would be so beautiful and interesting.

Today we went on an excursion to Belovezhskaya Pushcha and Brest fortress. Taking into account the distances, the tour is not easy. But today it was extremely complicated by the strange work of Elena Nikolaevna's guide. I am an experienced tourist, I have traveled to many countries and excuses, but this is the first time. Elena Nikolaevna frankly conveyed information poorly, never finished her thought, was distracted by birds and bales of hay in the fields, talked about her vacation, at the most inopportune moment loudly sang songs into the microphone and read poetry. I have nothing against poetry, but the guide has never clearly and clearly indicated the time and place of the meeting on the bus after the tour stage. They started to be late from Minsk, they were waiting for tourists, to whom the organizers did not clearly inform the time of the meeting for the tour. Then we lost a part of the bus lining on the highway, we had to go back, pick up the bus, the bus was rolled inside, the chairs and handles were broken... Delays naturally led to delays at all points of the tour, instead of quiet walks I had to run. There was an elderly couple in the group, the tourist was limping, it was definitely inconvenient for them to rush at such a pace. As a result, the whole tour was crumpled, and the impression of such iconic places was extremely blurred. After lunch, one tourist fell behind, but it makes sense when the guide does not say when and where all tourists should meet. Lunch is average. No questions only for the drivers - thanks a lot, real professionals!

I had a rest in Minsk with my family in August, we took 2 excursions in a travel agency: Brest Fortress and Castles. Everything is well organized, competent guides. I especially liked the tour of the castles conducted by Dionysius, he tells very interesting, a lot of autobiographical facts, and when returning back he even held a quiz to refresh the information. We went on an excursion to mir and Nesvizh castles. The castles themselves and the tour in them are quite interesting. The views and nature around are very beautiful. We didn't take lunch - we went to the restaurant directly in Nesvizh Castle ourselves - we didn't regret it. Time flew by unnoticed, it wasn't even enough. Among the disadvantages are poor speakers on the bus and a weak air conditioner. After returning to the bus, it was very hot in it.

I went on a BelAZ tour. The delight of what he saw and heard. The guide had a competent, pleasant, rich, delivered speech. Low bow!
The same cannot be said about the representative of the organizational part. When I went on the tour, the organizer girl directed me straight to the bus. As it turned out, this was not the tour. I was misinformed. Which I then announced to the representative of the organization. Then she started saying that I actually received a message reminding me of the tour location on what's app. I said it didn't happen. To which she said she could show me the message she had sent. I agreed, but they didn't show me the message. When we have already left for the tour itself, a letter arrives at the same time with a reminder about the tour and a message on what's app that I was actually sent a message and can send a screenshot. At the same time, it was originally about what's app, not about mail. Naturally, they did not send me any screenshot and did not apologize. The girl wrote in an inappropriate tone, accusing me. Instead of apologizing and ending the conversation, she texted me accusingly all the way to the start of the tour. The representative of this organization showed the incompetence of the staff.
The tour is great, I wish not to get on such an incompetent employee.

The sightseeing tour did not go according to plan, instead of 5 stops, there were only 3. The guide is not attentive to people, many are bored by her monotonous drawn-out stories, especially about Catholics. They did not come out at the Library, at Oktyabrskaya Street. The guide, when asked why, said that she had been thrown off, then she would spend it. And I'm wondering, am I buying a pig in a poke? What is convenient and economical for them, they spend Poorly, it is not interesting, many even went for a walk on their own, many did not return to the group.

We liked everything very much, 1.11 on my wife's birthday we went to Brest (Belovezhskaya Pushcha and the Fortress), although 8 hours is only a round trip, but we really liked everything. Unfortunately, we did not remember the name of the guide, but thank her very much. We have learned so much new, useful, interesting information. Well, special thanks for congratulating my wife on the bus. Also about the bus itself, my son is 14 years old and it happens that he gets seasick, and it takes a long time to go, we got up at 5-00, since the departure is at 6-15, but the driver is just cool, we drove very calmly, in general, a special thank you to him if he reads the manual!

I really liked the organization of the tour! We bought a tour to Belaz, and we were ready for a trip at 22 o'clock and were able to arrange a morning tour the next day via WhatsApp. Of course, it's better to plan everything in advance and not pull people, but the trip turned out to be spontaneous.
