Excellent hotel: conveniently located, there is a swimming pool in the basement, mountains are visible on the 8th floor in the restaurant (I think you can see from the 6th to 7th floors from the rooms, I'm on the 4th, not visible here). The rooms are generally good, there are some shortcomings, but it's not essential. The most important thing is the people, the staff here is very friendly and always ready to help. I would especially like to mention Aisezim at the reception (the golden man) and the barista Merim.

The breakfasts are varied. Delicious.
Additionally, an omelet, milk porridge and delicious coffee are prepared for FREE. Although even without this, the variety of the buffet is great: sausages, fish, chicken, grilled vegetables, eggs in various forms, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, salads, sweets, drinks are different.

I really liked the hotel. The room has a super comfortable bed, pillows, and a blanket. There is a mini bar, air conditioning works very well. The room is spacious.
The staff is very polite.
The breakfast is just a fire, varied, delicious, with mountain views.
The location of the hotel in the center is very convenient, there are several parks nearby.

We stayed for the weekend on December 9-10. First of all, I want to mention the staff – they are all very responsive and hospitable. They help, prompt, and quickly resolve issues. There was a massage promotion and we were promptly provided with this service in the room (there is also a massage room, but we wanted to try this option). We didn't spare a second – complete relaxation! The room is clean and cozy. There is water on arrival and a water cooler on the ground floor. The breakfasts are a little modest, but you will not stay hungry. You can also book a trip to the Ala-Archa National Park right at the hotel – it is very convenient if you come for a short time, but you want to see nature and not bother with the organization. Thanks to the hotel team for a great weekend!

Excellent location, good service. But its smartness lies in making the most of the profit from the space. Good breakfasts: fried eggs, sausages, red fish, stewed vegetables, cheese, sausage, fresh vegetables and fruits, juices, desserts, cereals, tea, coffee. The buffet. Swimming pool, sauna. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is new. The furniture and interior are somewhat tired.

I gave one star plus in advance for the sympathetic and attentive attitude of the staff, who performed their duties perfectly from the reception to the cafe. The hotel itself and the room, although new, are very ascetic. But here you can safely make a discount, because we are not in Moscow.
But the hotel is in the city center. Near TSUM and GUM, banks for currency exchange. Wi-Fi is working. Room service is provided daily. I was very pleased with the cafe on the top floor of the establishment, which offers a wonderful view of the mountains. It is very tasty and atmospheric.
In short, if you are without special requests, then you will like the hotel.

Overall a very decent hotel. My room was small, but it contained a double bed, a desk for work, a table for tea accessories and a minibar.
The reception service is very friendly. I wrote off in WhatsApp in advance and got answers to all my questions. Also, when booking for 3 days or more, they were met at the airport for free.
Breakfast takes place in the restaurant on the 8th floor, which offers a pretty good view. The breakfast itself is quite good. The choice is small, but there is everything not to go hungry.
Of the minuses, it should be noted that the WiFi in the room is not very stable with not very high speed. And also the cold in the room. Surprisingly, when the temperature outside the window was 20 degrees in the room, I was freezing. As I understand it, this is due to the fact that some kind of supply ventilation is constantly working, from where cool air enters the room. The windows do not open, so it is impossible to compensate for the cold with heat from the street. The air conditioner didn't work for heating either. If it were not for this minus, then I would definitely recommend this hotel. And so - you need to look at the time of the year. I think it's quite comfortable there in the summer. In winter, I don't know. I hope that the central air conditioner gives warmth to the room, because I didn't see any batteries there.

The breakfast is really very good: delicious, varied, cappuccino is served. But. This is the only advantage of the hotel. The hotel is in need of major renovation. Dirty, cracked, torn wallpaper. The furniture is literally all upholstered and needs to be replaced. The tiles in the bathroom are yellowed and cracked, the ceiling is stained and stained, the sink is cracked. Although we ordered a “superior superior room with a good view from the window,” the view was of a courtyard with the roofs of some garages. We only got one towel instead of two. A strange lighting system in the bathroom, which works on movement in the middle of the bathroom and turns off the light while you wash in the shower, it is completely impossible to use. Why do that? What's wrong with a simple switch? The pool was not bad. BUT how to use the locker room, which is shared by M and W, the door does not close in it, and the shower inside the locker room also does not have a door. How to use it? In general, the hotel does not pull at 4 stars in any way. It looks nice here, perhaps, only the reception and the transition between the buildings.

The hotel has everything you need to have a great rest. The caring staff is always in touch. If any questions arose, they were resolved instantly.
The restaurant is great. The breakfasts are the best I've seen in the last few years. We also had dinner there in the evening. It came out cheaper, but very tasty. As a plus, you could eat in the room.
Great location!
I can only sincerely recommend it.

Quite a decent hotel in the center. The Museum of Fine Arts is within walking distance, GUM and TSUM, Ala-Ato Square are nearby.

I REALLY liked the hotel. The guys at the reception are polite and helpful, the room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is varied (4 types of jam for pancakes + sour cream).A very beautiful view from the terrace of the restaurant to the mountains (on one side) and the park with a Ferris wheel on the other. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use the pool, because I was only there for a day. In the afternoon I went to the art museum, which is 2 houses away from the hotel (I recommend it, the museum is very decent), in the evening I walked through numerous parks. It is a pity that the opera house, located opposite the museum, is closed until October 1. I was impressed by Manas Square. In general, the city is clean, there are many fountains, but it is very hot during the day, but the whole city walks in the evening. If I ever get to Bishkek again, I will stay at this hotel.
