It was a great place, and then I went in , and then there was a hop and everything was different . Yes , the interior is clean , beautiful , the cashier girl is smiling , everything is fine . But ... What a pervert made up the menu ... Shawarma with Bovarian sausages? Shawarma with pepperoni? What a perversion. Okay , there is no companion for the taste and color .
Somehow I found a classic one in the corner ... They said it would be ready in 10 minutes , returned after 8 , it was already ready for a long time , cooled down , soaked , walked home for exactly 3 more minutes , and that was the result ... Completely soaked , not fried at all , absolutely cold shawarma. The chicken is cold , the cabbage is icy , and the sauce is delicious , but it 's icy and drips down your hands , it 's so runny . it's impossible to eat, everything falls apart, the sauce is already pouring out of the shawarma, disgusting in a word... It is impossible and disgusting to eat , soaked lavash will not appeal to everyone ... And it 's interesting , they always do this here , or because the classics were ordered ( and it 's the cheapest , maybe it 's not profitable to make cheap shawarma , so they do ) .

I ordered a shawarma with curry and oh, it was perfect. Spicy, incredibly juicy, hot - everything is as it should be. Personally, I almost didn't have enough meat in the composition, but this is for an amateur. And the recommendation to the owners is to wrap it in foil for delivery rather recklessly, because the longer the shava goes, the wetter the lavash becomes, and if it takes a long time or a long time, the slurry will arrive.
Also, in the last delivery, I took some kind of pancake with an egg - it was also tastier.
