Some of the best pastries in Yerevan. Every time I go I try something new and every time I am blown away by how incredibly flaky and delicious their pastries are.
Delicious, pleasant atmosphere. Delicious pizza and cake are always available. A great place to have a snack or socialize. I really like the way they make cappuccino. I've been there a few times and I'll come back again.
This is not the first time we have tried to understand and appreciate the popularity of this institution, but each time we become more and more disappointed.
There are no questions about the interior-everything is very nice and cozy.
But there are questions about the content. The price and quality do not match. The prices are too high, the coffee is tasteless, the sandwiches have more bread than the filling itself, the croissants are too sweet (although it will be great for those with a sweet tooth).I agree with the previous comments about the lack of a showcase: pizzas and other pastries are lying in an open space - one awkward movement of the head of a person who is interested in the customer's choice, and a hair from his head (you can substitute anything here) already decorates the food. The flies are there too. All this should be under glass.
From the last one: we bought 2 ciabatta with meat to take away (they just say Chiabatta with beef). We didn't pay attention to the fact that they differ visually in size from each other - but you never know what reason there is, if the gram is the same, then so be it. In fact, they found out at home that only one was with meat, and the second ciabatta was with baked vegetables and there was no smell of meat there. It's delicious too, yes. But I wanted it with meat, and it was like a meat meal, but alas and ah.You need to be more careful with the markings.
Favorite coffee shop in the area: the desserts are all delicious, the coffee is excellent. The price tag is also pleasing, as for Yerevan.
And of course, the gray kitty "Puff Pastry" is always in its place. 😍
This cafe is just a nightmare in terms of cleanliness. It feels like they haven't cleaned there since last year. The floor is sticky and stained, as if someone spilled something and no one even tried to wipe it up. The tables are dirty, with traces of crumbs, greasy stains, and sticky napkins from previous visitors. It's unpleasant to sit at such a table, and even more so to eat. The dishes are generally a separate story, there was a dried piece of something on the fork that we definitely didn't order, and the glass smelled strange, as if it had just been rinsed, not mine. The whole cafe is covered in cobwebs, the refrigerator is covered in dirt. In the pictures that I attached, everything is visible there!!!!!
Minuses:
1) uncomfortable mugs, hot tea is not comfortable to drink as much as possible, ordinary mugs with a handle would also like to see here
2) the pastries are delicious, but unfortunately they are not under the hood, I have seen flies sitting on croissants more than once
3) sometimes waiting for an order is more than 10 minutes, although it does not take much time to pour tea and bring a bun, given the incomplete landing in the hall
4) tasteless coffee, alas (we took it more than once, we were disappointed
Positive:
1) the pastries are delicious, it's a fact, not everyone has tried, but the puffs are great
2) The design is a nice cozy place
3) a large selection of desserts
4) friendly waiters
It's a disgusting place, with disgusting energy and a terrible taste of butter. It's been completely impossible to stay there for the last week, and even discounts with alcoholic cocktails don't help. Very poor service, a good smell in the hall, dirt in the toilet and the disgusting taste of butter in desserts. Croissants are generally ridiculous, and they don't cost 1,500 drams. In short, there are solid disadvantages.. I don't recommend it.
Very tasty and varied fresh pastries. There are sandwiches, cheesecakes, fritatas -- super for breakfast. The ice cream is excellent - I tried it with banana and gorgonzolla, I didn't find any analogues in Yerevan. Coffee beans are not a delight, but coffee drinks with syrups, tonic or juice are excellent. There are many tables, it is spacious, you can sit and do your business with a laptop.
I corrected the rating because the quality has deteriorated recently. There is almost no coffee with orange, sometimes the quality is not very good, you want to diversify the menu, the tables are often occupied by people with laptops and do not sit. I took a baguette with ham, tomato and egg the other day, I got a shell.
Thanks for both the espresso and the tonic. There is a separate medal for the ciabatta beef. The staff is very professional and kind, and I almost feel at home. There will be no photos, we ate everything right away.
See for yourself if it's worth eating there.
The coffee is good, no questions asked, but there are obviously problems with desserts. Although there didn't seem to be such problems in the past, it's worth being attentive to food, especially perishable food.
There is also a very cute and affectionate kitty at the entrance. Very nice interior.
I don't usually leave reviews, but now I'm very upset that I wasted 1200 drams for an espresso. The coffee is terrible, lavazza from street vending machines will taste better. I didn't try baking. Guys, please do something with the coffee.
It's a very atmospheric place. Working on a laptop is the best thing. It's a quiet place, even though it's in the busiest part of the city. Nice prices.
Very tasty puff pastry, both sweet and not sweet. The croissant was not particularly impressive, but it was not bad, and we really liked the second puff. My husband also took unsweetened quiche with shrimp. It's very tasty too. I also ordered a cake from them on February 14th. My daughter especially liked it. I ate several pieces at once))) Very polite staff, greeted with smiles. Cozy, unusual mugs. Marshmallows are given as a gift for coffee. (not tasty, but nice). Barista for 3, for my taste. We took two rafs. Well, this is not the most delicious raf in my life) The previous time I took a mojito, I squeezed lime into a glass, the drink seemed too sour in the end. On occasion, we'll come back and try something else. The cakes are very beautiful there).
I'll add a review: I took a mojito again - I can't do it. The sourness is terrible. Ice in huge chunks. Almond croissant with cherries is delicious. In general, almost all of their pastries are excellent. If another barista were replaced by someone who knows how to make all these cocktails and coffee, it would be a great place.
It is difficult to assess. It is quite possible to put 5 for baking. It's very tasty, although it's too sweet for me, with a lot of things.
But coffee is just a disaster: I took espresso and latte, I didn't like anything. The latte is still back and forth, the espresso is kind of watery and apart from bitterness, nothing is felt in the taste. It seems either the grain is bad or there is something wrong with the cooking process.
Shame on you, Puff Pastry!
Selling yesterday's baked goods to take away is unacceptable. People buy hoping for freshness, but they get stale and stale. We are very disappointed. I hope you will reconsider your attitude to product quality.
Everything was decent. It is as close as possible to Russian food. Armenian dishes were not served to me. The price tag is 20-30% higher than in their establishments than in other establishments
Delicious pastries and all kinds of puff pastry and baskets. The organization is a bit chaotic. The main advantage is that this is almost the only decent place in Arabkir.
Excellent local cafe. Delicious pastries, good coffee, friendly staff. It is cozy and spacious. Surprisingly, I did not find it with a search on Yandex maps, I was just passing by.
A pleasant place with good drinks, good food and friendly staff. I really liked the interior and the cleanliness of the cafe in general. Here you can have a delicious lunch or sit down with a laptop (there is a separate area). Fast service and reasonable prices.
The pastries are delicious: croissants with tropical cream, pate, quiche with shrimp. The staff is friendly and courteous 🙂 An ideal place for breakfast or an evening snack.
I really like coffee and rolls, everything is always fresh! And the consultants are just wonderful - I went there during pregnancy, and then I came after giving birth already, they remembered and congratulated me on the birth of the baby! They are also friendly and calm to animals. In general, prosperity, grateful visitors and love!

Like any institution in Yerevan, it seems that after a year they start to forget about the quality of their products. The coffee has really become burnt and tasteless, and even the cheapest grain in Yerevan City doesn't taste so bitter. The baking was fine, until the last moment. Croissants with cherries and sausage in dough remained top of the list. The sausage is getting worse and worse, a couple of times they forgot to put the sauce inside, but the last time it was finished - the sausage inside was with a production film. I found it already at home, I wrote on Instagram - we have apologized 25 times, but there is no return or callback =) Well, there's another minus one on the list.
I used to love croissants here, but today something is quite sad, there was much more cream and the size decreased (in the photo the section is lengthwise).
The place is wonderful, not far from my house, we often go in with friends to chat or just with colleagues to discuss work, the service is super, I advise everyone to take a cappuccino with pistachio croissant!!!
It's a great place, I often work here. But I caught myself thinking that I've been avoiding coming here for 3 days now. I understood the reason — the primitive music on repeat was very tiring: (I don't know, unfortunately the staff haven't gone crazy yet... Managers, managers, please do something about it! Turn on the elementary streaming of some, say, Cafe del Mar or similar. For example, with SoundCloud. Let the music change))) otherwise it's torture...
Good European pastries, croissants, coffee, tea, ice cream and a small selection of sandwiches and salads. The staff is Russian-speaking. After 21 hours, there is a discount on pastries. The best breakfast option for those who live nearby and want European cuisine.
My favorite puff pastry and cheesecakes!)
They always put cakes with coffee, which my daughter adores.
It's nice to sit at a table by the window with a yummy)
Recently, full-fledged food has also appeared. I tried beef cheeks with mashed potatoes, it was delicious
I really liked the pastries. It's just amazing. The service is excellent! Everything is fast, very comfortable, cozy. I definitely advise you to visit.
A thick layer of plaque from previous drinks remained on the inside of the mug. The tracks show that they tried to scrape it off, but decided to leave it.
It is sad that the coffee shop, which started so well, is slipping into unsanitary conditions and disrespect for visitors. Unfortunately, unwashed dishes have a much greater effect on the score than delicious pastries. I hope the management will take into account the feedback and take action
I visited this cafe very often and ordered delivery many times. The quality has dropped a lot now. Today I ordered my favorite sandwich with ciabatta and rolls with cinnamon and cream for delivery. The rolls were burnt, the cream on them was liquid, barely held its shape. An unripe spoiled avocado was put in the sandwich.
Maybe I'll go for a croissant some day, but the rest of the food is not very tasty(
There is a wooden avocado in a shrimp sandwich - it is simply not possible to figure it out, although I did not eat this sandwich from the refrigerator
About the vegetable bowl - for the first time I see that my wife did not finish the vegetables
