I've been going to this studio for over a year now, doing eyelashes, eyebrows, and manicures there. All the craftsmen are real professionals in their field, they make nails very efficiently and with care. I would like to thank master Irina separately, she does it beautifully, and most importantly very efficiently, insanely sweet conversations!! The studio itself is very clean, cozy and pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone!!!

I have been visiting this salon with pleasure since its opening. I personally know the owner of the salon, Anastasia. She's a great guy and a hard worker. The girls in the salon are smart, neat, everything is clean everywhere. I will never trade them for other masters!
And there were, are, and will be dissatisfied customers, unfortunately, the good thing is that there are few of them!
I definitely recommend visiting Anastasia's salon!!

I've been going to this salon for a little over a year, I've been to the procedures of every master. All the girls are smart and masters of their craft. That's why I don't sign up for any master, because I know that the result will be great. The salon is very cozy, the girls are friendly and cheerful, and when you come to them you feel at home, warm and cozy. Everything is clean and sterile. It is very convenient that in our area there is such a wonderful salon where you can do everything at once (manicure, pedicure, eyebrows, hair removal). Sometimes I get upset that my nails grow very slowly. I wish I could come here more often. Girls who want a high-quality service and a warm atmosphere definitely recommend this studio. I wish the master girls adequate clients, good mood and prosperity, you are all great smart guys, I adore everyone together and each one individually, I am glad that I found you. THE SAD STORY OF cream))))
I visited the salon for 9 months. I did both manicures and pedicures.. everything was fine. Of the nuances, the only thing was that I often went for correction, I thought the problem was with me. IT TURNS out that the problem was with the wizards.
Before the New Year, the owner of this salon, Anastasia, gave me a manicure. I did it perfectly! I've been using my nails for almost TWO MONTHS, not 2 weeks. I returned from a business trip and immediately wrote to them on Instagram that I would go for a correction. HE ASKED ANASTASIA AGAIN. Here I am enrolled in a new master, and a day later the party (I attach a photo).
She wrote that during this time, there should be no such peeling, cuticles should not stick out))) to which the studio went to a meeting with me and offered to redo the work for which they did not take the money. The work was corrected by the same master that partak did) moreover, she adjusted only 5 nails, and the rest began to fall off one by one after a while. 😂😂😂😂

I write to the salon to make an appointment for a new manicure for a FEE and ask the master Anastasia, to which they tell me that she has not accepted for two months, ALTHOUGH clients go to her and she works great. And then I get this SMS... (photo attached) I understand that the message about my unjustified refusal to attend was sent from Anastasia's mouth, although I was praising her personally! I praised her in correspondence and I praise her here))) durdooom
I will provide information about myself: I have my own business in the service sector, so I have always treated "shortcomings" with a kind heart. Not violent, not habalka. I open my mouth just to say my wishes, no more) I don't ask 100 questions, I don't threaten) I don't ask for discounts) I'm NOT LATE, I always arrived on the appointed date.
Advice to future or current clients of the salon: girls, never express your dissatisfaction, otherwise you will have to forget about the comfort of the salon, you will stomp to other places) don't you like it? Be patient! Walk! Shut up!

I've been visiting this beauty studio since it opened. Manicure master Anastasia - TOP and pedicure master Natalia are professionals in their field. I'm an inconvenient customer, I always find fault with the little things, because I like everything to be perfect. In this studio, I found peace of mind for the quality of my work, I get high from pleasant communication and choose only design, I don't follow the work, so I completely trust my masters. And even the fact that I live far outside the city won't stop me from coming to this particular studio. It's for love 🥰

I've been going to the studio since I opened, the girls are always friendly,and they always come to help me fix my nails (which I break through my own fault, whether it's for a couple of days or a week), they never refused,my mom also goes to this salon, and she's been to different girls,not a single master there was a lot of pressure, I think every girl, woman should make fun of this girly paradise!!!

It's a sad story. I definitely won't go to this salon, despite the fact that I live here. I've been doing nails at another salon for more than 10 years, but I had to do it there because of the urgency. Master Julia did it, she sawed off the nail plate very hard, but she said she had to be patient.
Naturally, then the nails themselves hurt, and I had to file the corners at home, but I think it's okay.
But the most interesting and sad thing began when my daughter went to this master to do extensions. I must say she's been doing extensions for over a year. The nails are long, anything happens, it happened that the tips broke.
After my daughter got her nails done here two days later, she tore off the nail plate in a real way. I didn't complain, I thought it was my daughter's responsibility, I chose such long ones myself.
My daughter went to another salon for correction and there was a shock. The master showed the violations with which her daughter's nails were made, there were air bubbles between the tips and the nail plate, and water flowed out of these bubbles on some nails. And the fact that the tips came off along with the nail is also wrong. When everything is done correctly, the tips break when injured, not the nail.
I rarely write negative reviews, but the way my daughter's nails were done is a complete nightmare. From the good things, from this whole story, I know for sure that this salon needs to be avoided. 😅
The only professional employee is the girl who does the pedicure, she's really smart, but even this specialist won't be able to change my opinion about this salon.
Accordingly, think three times about whether you want to go to this place.
