A terrible experience in Slavic Dereana – borscht without pampushki, eternal waiting and instant billing
I am very disappointed to visit this place! I ordered borscht with pampushki, which is listed on the menu exactly like that, but when they brought it, there were no pampushki. When asked by the waiter, they replied: "they're over, but even after that they didn't offer anything." He asked to bring bread as a substitute.
I waited 15 minutes. I had to eat borscht with black bread, for which I was asked to pay.
But that's not all! Cooking here is incredibly slow – you have to wait 40-50 minutes for each order, as if the products had just been harvested from the garden. But the bill is delivered instantly, without even asking if anything else is needed. It seems that guests are welcome here only as long as they pay.
The food is generally average, but with such "service" even normal dishes do not save. Don't set foot in here again!
