- on some maps, the gas / brake pedals are at different heights, sometimes the difference is 20 centimeters, as a result, one leg is straight, the other is bent.
- the coating of the track has not gone too far, but this is a taste
- the engine heats up, and if you touch it unsuccessfully, you can get burned, in other karting centers this is rare, usually they cover the engine with a protective casing. The engine itself sometimes does not perform very well, push the slipper into the floor, and the engine stupidly does not react or starts coughing, and does not accelerate normally.
Yes, all cars are different and you have to get used to each one, but here they are just dead, it's a pity.
I really liked it, the staff is friendly enough, the cars are powerful, what they used to say about broken brakes, it was on old cars, now there are no such problems, about the staff, do not hesitate to ask questions and ask for what you need, because the standard position is not asked, so they know themselves
There are absolutely indifferent and inhibited girls at the reception, they will not explain or prompt anything. The helmet was worn so that it hit the head, and there was no protective glass. During the trip, dirt from under the wheels got into my eyes. The coating on the go-kart with seams, which is why it is not comfortable to ride.

I can't say that I'm riding for the first time, but it's definitely not normal and sometimes dangerous to health, driving along a narrow trajectory near the Pit Lane, at the exit of the replay-the car puts on the side wheels, now I understand that the rumor that people turn over is not a rumor. The only thing that attracts is the track, but during the race it doesn't seem so big anymore, because half of the track is fences and sooooo wide 180 degree repeats.
The staff is absolutely indifferent, they were put in, dropped off, goodbye. In general, I can't say anything more, I give 1.5 stars.
The price absolutely does not correspond to the quality and level of service. Although, even if it cost 10 rubles instead of 50 rubles for two, I wouldn't go there anymore. The girl at the reception is more or less, but the instructor is generally terrible, there was no special instruction, he constantly went to the reception to the other employees and left us alone in the dark on the track before arrival, rude. After a short briefing, he asked if everything was clear, to our answer yes, he replied "I hope)" in a very rude tone. Balaclavas stink as if 100 people had worn them before and no one washed anything, suits are not issued, although when I was in another go-kart before, everything was there. They also do not say where to leave personal belongings, the instructor answered my question where to put the bag: "Take it with you to the cart." The cards are not in particularly good condition, the brake does not work well in some, the steering wheel turns very difficult, girls and children definitely do not have enough hand strength to ride normally. In general, I do not recommend this place because of the terrible service that spoils the mood for the whole day. Card payment also did not work, which is also very inconvenient, especially if you do not use cash.

We visited karting on 07/29/2023. The track is 10 minutes long, the very thing. BUT. The staff is just terrible, the rules that are written and broadcast everywhere, for everyone, but not for them. The cart stopped, the engine started pounding very hard, when you press the gas, the cart did not move. I raised my hand up, waited a long time, no one came up. I tried to press the gas again, the sound of the engine was terribly frightening, the engine also began to get very warm, the chair got divorced. No one came up. All the participants completed the race and only after my boyfriend said that his girlfriend was missing, an employee came running to me. There were no maps. They couldn't turn off the engine and start it up again, the employee pushed the cards manually. Another employee came up, they were able to start and somehow get to the finish line. The safety precautions are just at zero. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GO-KART. At the same time, the employee tried to convince me that he just slowed down everyone's speed, seeing that the Cart was not going at all. Sitting alone in a map with a heated engine in a hot chair is definitely extreme.
I was with my child on his 10th birthday. The instructor has the right attitude towards children. He monitors security, explains everything well. The receptionist girl was also friendly, gave a discount to the child for the doctor, although we did not ask. In general, I advise you. The track is great.
Karting did not leave good impressions. The staff is just disgusting. The administrator goes flirting with the instructor, smokes vape, does not respond to questions - quickly runs past visitors while sitting on the phone. Instead of the stated 30 minutes, we waited for more than an hour, two young people familiar with the administrator went to check in instead of us. At my request to give me a vest, the instructor said "why?", put me behind the cart, which last time when we were not working the brakes (to which we were told that we were just pressing badly), and this time the cart had a crooked seat and after a couple of minutes of arrival a huge one got out of the seat the bolt that took off my whole leg. Wasted time and money, I don't recommend it :)

One of the advantages is good safety in cars, pedals work well and cool guys who sit in cars and give instructions
The karts themselves are different, one goes, the second barely moves and only starts to gain normally at high speeds, and it's time to slow down. In general, it is necessary to repair the devices on time.

There is an unfriendly woman sitting at the reception who is more dissatisfied with her life than the teachers.
One number of cards is stated on the phone, but in fact it turns out to be completely different. Sometimes they are not available, then they magically disappeared and there was no such thing, then they never existed at all.
When I was here a year or two ago, everything was better. And there were more adult maps and they were recorded in advance with the org.

After the girl finished talking, she just went about her business, did not figure out in any way what to expect and how much, where to go, what to do. Just ignore it. Any questions caused dissatisfaction. With the suits, we also had to ask for them to be given to us, it was far from immediately possible to break through the resistance of the employee. The suits were torn, with broken zippers and several were specifically wet.
To summarize: I absolutely do not want to come back again and break through this wonderful service. Well, the question of what is the responsibility of the administrator and why to alienate visitors remains open
