It was 05/09/2025 and we came to the fireworks. . The location is excellent, the very center, but there is no separate Parking, everything is occupied. With difficulty, but they found it. The entrance to the hotel itself is poorly marked. It turned out that our room doesn't have a key and it won't lock. The design is excellent, like a fresh renovation, but done carelessly. The toilet was noisy, the shower head wasn't holding up, and neither was the rain shower. We had 2nd (expensive) toilet paper, and the cheapest gray one in the next room. The pillow is wooden. The bed linen is average. The windows were very dirty. It's okay to spend the night 1n times, but there's no point in checking in anymore. It used to be much cooler.
I didn't like the hotel, I rented a junior suite, it's cold in the room, the bathroom is generally cold, there are no bathroom accessories in the junior suite, they put two disposable shampoos that won't even be enough for half my hair, toilet paper is the cheapest of the waste that is made, breakfast wasn't even included in the junior suite, I was frozen for two days, the only thing what I liked was the staff is polite and the hotel is clean! I just paid 46 thousand just to sleep, we could at least include breakfast in this amount, and besides, I had to pay 1,500 tenge separately for water!
I booked on the island. I came from the plane to check in and got an answer that my room was rented. It was about 12 a.m.
After the conflict, the owner got into the situation and found a place in another hotel, which was undergoing renovation.
The next day, I checked into my favorite best western.
In fact, the hotel does not have an elevator, if it is important to someone like me, then this may become a problem.
And such a great location
