We were with a friend at lunch.The waiter mixed up everything that could be.I forgot to bring the appliances, the mozzarella salad is a joke at all:one piece of mozzarella cut into 2 parts, a quarter of a cucumber and 2 tomatoes, a refrigerator is one name, and my friend felt bad after the fish.One star for detox

Rare visits at lunchtime are always accompanied by some kind of problems:
- Extra items were added to the check 2 times
- 1 time you forgot about the ordered dish
- 3 times the service on the lunch menu was stretched for an hour
On food: flasks and grandma are not very good, salads and hot dishes are delicious

It's a great place. The room and interior are stylized as a castle. Convenient location at the main entrance to the children's park and close to the metro. Excellent meat dishes are prepared. In the warmer months there is a summer porch.

An insanely long wait for dishes, with minimal restaurant load.
We took a lot of different dishes, salads, soups, second course, ice cream, drinks, not tasty 90%!!!
Lemonade water with syrup, Caesar with rotten shrimp, even French fries stank of old butter. The focaccia tortilla is old, we just slept with something and took a walk.
The horror is just terrible and it's in the city center!

Everything is cool!) Only a ragged menu, the worst in-world staff and mediocre food. So they brought 3 kitchens and 1 bar for two more. I had to tell them what to choose. Ahah, even when I came up to call the waiter, no one went like that, the "Barista" made latte art right from the milk carton to someone with a capital letter .. that is, she poured ordinary cold coffee into a mug with espresso. At least this moment lifted my mood))) I couldn't imagine such a game anywhere)

But the staff clearly couldn't cope with the workload. The order was delivered quickly, and then the waitress was just waiting. Probably, for 40 minutes they did not bring us the drinks ordered additionally. However, they brought it with a compliment later. I really hope that the sluggishness of the staff was solely due to the influx of customers. In general, it is possible and necessary to visit this place. The service is disgusting. We made an order consisting of 2 portions of pancakes. We waited an hour. No one came up to clarify the reason for the delay and apologize. She invited the waiter using the set call button. No one reacted. I came up to find out the terms of readiness myself. The receptionist, instead of apologizing and explaining, said: "Are you in a hurry?!"
At the same time, hot dishes were brought out to other tables that came much later than us.
Our order was delivered 5 minutes after my reminder. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation from the staff. I highly recommend not to visit. It's delicious, but the staff completely kills the impression of the kitchen.
