I really enjoyed my stay at the Skazka Apart-hotel!
I had my own separate kitchen, a gorgeous bathroom, a warm, beautiful room with a large bed, I felt at home, very cozy.
The rest fell on the winter period - February. I bought groceries at the store and minimarket, the selection is decent, there are a lot of Turkish delicacies and local delicacies. I cooked for myself, since the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, dishes and appliances.
The weather was quite cool, underfloor heating and split system heating made my stay very comfortable.
I came to Kyndig for the sake of hot springs and for a quiet relaxing holiday (away from the city!). And I got it all in full and fulfilled my wish!
The springs are very close, it feels like 5 minutes on foot, open from 8 am. There were very few tourists at the springs. It is incredibly pleasant to walk slowly in the morning, swim and swim in the morning silence in the hot pools, and do hydro massage.
But spending time on the coast during the day is a special thrill, admiring the sea, inhaling its aromas, inspired and calmed me very much.
By the way, the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the sea, and the location is very convenient.
At the end of my vacation, I ordered an excursion from Alexander to Tkuarchal! A very beautiful place with waterfalls, I recommend it to everyone!
I will definitely come back to the "Fairy Tale"! I want to come in the spring and take a long walk along the coast of the sea, breathe in the scent of eucalyptus trees, go on an excursion to New Athos!

We had a vacation with my husband from December 6 to December 12, 2024.
A great place next to a thermal spring - 5 minutes, near the sea, shops that have everything you need.
Many thanks to Alexander, who offered us a transfer and did everything to make our trip as comfortable as possible.
He helped with any issue, immediately offered excursions in various formats, and brought them to the grocery store on the way.
The conditions of accommodation in the hotel are simply magnificent: warm, clean, cozy, soft bed, bathroom with underfloor heating, hot water, hair dryer. On the glazed loggia there is a kitchen with everything to cook at home.
I did not immediately figure out the cooking surface, turned to Alexander and he showed and explained everything. They cooked breakfast and dinner, and preferred to have lunch somewhere in a cafe.
Alexander and I went on an excursion to the waterfalls, to the mountains. The trip was wonderful. Beautiful nature, clean air and the sound of water ...
There is a bus to Sukhum from the source, you can go and walk and also visit the Sukhumi market (this is the final bus stop)
Our vacation was a success, a quiet, peaceful place, the hosts are very hospitable and responsive, treated with lemons and tangerines.
I advise everyone to be in this Fairy Tale.

We had a rest in November 2024 .
Positive :
Air, nature , water , fruits, the location of the hotel, responsive hosts ,Underfloor heating ,large room area , sharp knives in the kitchen , everything is thought out.
Cons : induction cooker, they cooked for two hours, wooden chairs are dilapidated, you can fall, the light is constantly turned off for 2-3 hours during the day, and the same amount at night, therefore there is no water at all!!!Don't go to the toilet!!!!The food can't be warmed up, it can't be cooked!!!There is no generator in the hotel!!!
The rat woke up early in the morning , made noise , gnawed on the insulation on the roof .There is mud and puddles in the yard during the rain, at least a narrow path to the gate is needed, as well as an unpleasant view from the balcony - disassembled old cars.
In general, it is clear that people tried hard, made the room .
P.s Alexander, who is the intermediary, the hotel manager, charges more for the transfer than a taxi costs .

We had a rest with my sister in September 2024 at the Skazka apart-hotel in the village of Kyndyg, Abkhazia.
Nature fascinates and surprises with beautiful views, good climate and clean air.
The thermal spring is located nearby, it can be reached on foot in 5-7 minutes.
The road to the sea takes about the same amount of time, it passes through a grove with fragrant eucalyptus and pine trees.
There is a grocery and household goods store in the village. Everything you need is at hand.
A two-storey hotel with one room on each floor.
The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay:
1. a nice double bed;
2. sofa;
3. Air conditioning;
4. TV;
5. wi-fi;
6. Microwave to reheat food;
7. Refrigerator.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, as well as warm floors to keep your feet warm.
There are two sun loungers, a table and two ottomans on the balcony.
This allows you to have a good time outdoors, even in the evening and at night, without leaving the apartment hotel.
All the furniture in the rooms is new, good insulation is carried out, no sounds can disturb your rest and sleep.
The owners of the hotel are responsive, they try to do everything for a comfortable stay and rest for tourists.
They always go to a meeting, treat people loyally and with understanding.
It is possible to arrange transfers and trips around Abkhazia in advance.

We had a rest with my husband for the New Year holidays from 12/30.24 to 01/5.25. The location of the house is 5 minutes from the hot spring and 5 minutes from the sea. There is a shop with a large assortment of goods within a 10-minute walk. The room is equipped with an ironing board with an iron. There is a floor heater + Underfloor heating. The only downside: the terrace is not refined and the chairs are very squishy. The owners of the house are friendly, they didn't have time to move in, they gave us a 3-liter jar of feijoa compote and tangerines with oranges. It was a pleasure))) There is a solid 4a for this house, we recommend it for recreation.

We stayed at the hotel in March of the 25th year, everything is great, 5-7 minutes walk to the spring, the room is warm, a good bathroom, a great soft bed, a chic balcony with sun loungers, a table and poufs. And most importantly, it has its own kitchen with appliances and all the necessary utensils for a long-term stay. There is a parking lot. In general, I liked everything, thanks to the hosts for a great time.

I chose a hotel closer to the springs . I am very glad that I found this hotel. Cozy, warm even if the lights are turned off, the heat remains . There is an equipped kitchen where everything is there. A large bed and two extra beds . If you compare it with other hotels I have viewed, only this one has a kitchen in others, like in a dorm, the kitchen is shared. And the prices are the same . We rested for 6 nights, the place is very good! The staff is friendly, they will always help if you have a question. The location is very quiet, away from noisy places. The beach is 5 minutes away through a eucalyptus grove. The beach is just amazing! There are no people, the pebbles are small, sand in places. The sea is clean, it's a pleasure to swim! We went swimming in the morning, during the day, and even at night. There are hot springs within a 10-minute walk, entrance is 300 rubles per person. I recommend it!
The rooms are clean, the furniture and plumbing are in excellent condition. There is absolutely everything you need! There is a hairdryer in the bathroom and towels are provided. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The yard is large, chickens and guinea fowls are walking. The children were happy to drive them 😁 In general, we liked everything, we will be happy to come back!

Good location, close to the thermal spring (a minute by car) and to the sea. The house is warm, which is important in the off-season, everything you need is available. Everything is clean, sound, and brand new. The territory has not been improved yet, but the owner told us that this is all in the future. There is a barbecue on the territory, good dogs run around, which we fed). The hosts are friendly and hospitable! We really liked it there!

We had a rest in the second half of August 2024. I liked absolutely everything: the owners, the room, the location!!! The room is very clean, cozy, stylish, everything is thought out, it feels like I was settling in with a soul. A spacious kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom is spacious, the shower room is very conveniently thought out. Furniture, dishes, household appliances, everything is practically new, very clean. Large terrace. All household appliances, including air conditioning, are in good condition. In general, the condition and staffing of the room are perfect!!! The place is quiet, no music, no loud noises. We were there in complete peace. Attentive and caring hosts. We were offered individual excursions for every taste, which is very convenient. Cars with air conditioning, which is also important. The sea and the springs are very close. There are several descents to the sea. We found a practical deserted place, just what we wanted. The name "Fairy Tale" fully justifies itself. I recommend it!!!

We had a great and budget rest, we are very happy with the choice! The room is comfortable, everything is provided, if there are wishes, the owners immediately go to a meeting. Deserted beautiful beach, clear sea. It's perfect for my husband and me, and he managed to go fishing. The problem is in Kyndyg with a cafe, we did not find a suitable one, but we were by car and there was a great place 10 minutes away, where we had lunch. In general, who needs the sea, the sun and a relaxing holiday in comfortable conditions is a great option.

We rested from 26.07 to 02.08.2024. Delight! The room is very thoughtful - on the one hand there is a covered terrace (it is also a kitchen), on the other - an open, spacious living room, air conditioning, all amenities. Silence, peace. People seem to be there, but everyone goes by, to the sources. The sea, the springs are 5 minutes away.
The owner is always ready to help, he recommended us where to rent a car, where to go / go for a walk.
The village itself is quite large, but about half of the houses are destroyed - excellent locations for photos. Cows, pigs and buffaloes walk along the streets. The smell of eucalyptus trees, there are few people on the beach - you can do yoga, run, and just sit in silence, and light a bonfire in the evening, look at the stars.
The only thing that did not immediately figure out where to eat, it is far enough to the cafe in the village, it is more convenient at the springs - you can have lunch and take dinner with you. The food, by the way, is very decent everywhere, tasty and inexpensive, with a soul and at home. Then they lived in Tsandripsha for a short time - they remembered Kyndyg with a kind word.

We ordered a transfer. Alexander welcomed me cordially to Sochi at the airport, and introduced me to Abkhazia on the way. Upon arrival, I was very pleased with the room. It completely matches the description!!! Very cozy, clean!!!, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The accommodation was comfortable. I really liked the sound insulation in the room! There were no neighbors to be heard, and a family of 4 people lived there. The owners of the "Fairy Tale" are bright, delicate, attentive, hospitable, kind people. They will tell you how best to organize a vacation based on your interests, which is what happened to us. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the sea without hurrying. Vacationers do not interfere with each other, the beach is pebbly, the sea is clean, they hid from the sun in the shade of eucalyptus trees. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the spring (depends on the chosen path). A shop and a cafe are 900 metres away. So living in a quiet, fertile place. On the street, except for vacationers, you can meet hurriedly strolling pets))) milota). Unfortunately, I can't write beautifully, but I have already booked a room for 2025

We had a rest at the end of July. I would like to note the excellent location of the hotel. 3 minutes to the sea and 5 minutes to the hot springs. The beach, although pebbles, but you can adapt, clean warm water and there is shade under the eucalyptus trees. Hot springs are a separate type of entertainment with health benefits. The room is on the second floor with a cozy balcony, modern, clean. The air conditioner is well located. A separate plus for the kitchen and delicious watermelons). Also friendly and helpful hosts (answered questions, guided in the environment, helped to solve minimal problems). I liked everything very much, we plan to come back next year.

If you want to get into a fairy tale, then you need to go to this hotel. It's not for nothing that they called it a "Fairy Tale" no matter what. We stayed in Kyndyk from November 22 to December 1. It's an unforgettable 10 days, starting from the landing at Sochi airport. At first, we were very worried about who would meet us, whether the accommodation corresponded to the photo, and the distance to the source. But everything about it turned out to be just wonderful! Alexander met us at the airport, we stopped at the Magnit store on the way to the border, quickly crossed the border, and drove into Sukhum... As they say: any whim. We also managed to go to the springs on the first day. 10 days flew by in a flash. Everyone in Abkhazia finds what they are looking for. We found it, and thanks a lot to Alexander. He responds to all your wishes, he is very worried that the guests would not be bored. He tells and shows everything, organizes wonderful excursions himself. The hotel has a very convenient location and the source and the sea are the same. We went specifically to the spring and didn't miss a day, even when it was raining, it didn't stop us. We had a rest from 08 to 10 March 2024. A wonderful place, peace, tranquility and peace of mind! Nice room, everything is clean and new. Carefully thought out to the smallest detail to relax comfortably. A small kitchen on a covered terrace. There is everything you need (refrigerator, stove, kettle, cutlery, pots, frying pan, etc.). It's very cool that both the terrace and the room have Underfloor heating! The room is warm, cozy and spacious enough. There is also a balcony where you can sit and drink delicious wine)
It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, as well as to the springs. The location is great.

In October, we had a rest in Kyndyg for 2 weeks. We came for the purpose of treatment, as there is a hot spring in this place and, of course, the sea.
The Skazka apart-hotel was cancelled based on positive reviews and comments from past guests. Surprisingly, everything corresponded to the brochure that we studied when choosing a place.
The living conditions were good. The room included a cozy room, a bright terrace and a kitchen, which in turn was very pleased with the headset and everything necessary for a comfortable stay (household appliances, kitchen utensils, etc.).
The bathroom is clean, bright, spacious. The shower space is large, has a curtain and a high side that holds water, and taking a shower takes place in comfortable conditions.
The location of this hotel was BOMBED. The proximity of the spring and the sea turned out to be a pleasant bonus to our vacation. A leisurely walk to the spring takes 9 minutes, to the sea - 6 minutes.
The beach is wild, pebbly, the coastline is small ~ 12 meters. Magnificent eucalyptus trees grow near the coastline. The sea was warm and clean until the rains began, but the vagaries of the weather did not affect our vacation in any way.
The owner of the hotel turned out to be a literate and sociable young man named Alexander. Throughout the rest, he is ready to advise interesting places, accompany as a guide, recommend cozy places with good cuisine, as well as tell interesting stories and share a great mood.
Summing up, we can say that this is a wonderful place where you can have a wonderful rest, improve your health, have a great time and get a lot of warm and vivid memories. We will definitely visit it again and recommend that you do so.

The four of them lived in the Skazka apart-hotel on the second floor in late October - early November 2024. There was enough space for everyone, very comfortable beds. Clean, cozy, neat and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It was warm and I was pleased with the heated floor. The kitchen is spacious enough, there is everything you need. The hosts are friendly and caring. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the hot spring, if not less. Near the beach, eucalyptus trees... the nature is extremely beautiful. Cafes and shops are within walking distance. A great place for spiritual relaxation!

I had a rest in the "Fairy Tale" from 15 to 19 04.2024 and wanted to share my impressions.
The fairy tale positions itself as a comfort class mini-hotel. Yes, everything is new inside, but I can cite a dozen flaws.
The biggest problem is the household subsidiary farm. A stable community called a gang, consisting of a rooster and a rabbit, was formed in the subsidiary farm. The little cockerel came around 5 a.m. under our windows and screamed nonstop. When my patience was running out and I was ready to tear off the bastard's head, leaving the room, the rabbit was chasing the rooster ahead of me. After that, my desire to destroy the bastard immediately disappeared, giving way to the sweetness of the rabbit. After several attempts to eliminate the rotten cock and his (rooster) I am convinced that they work in pairs and extort food from the guests in this way.
It does not add positive emotions and constant attempts not to step on the "mines" of turkeys, guinea fowls and chickens.
If you are a city dweller and are looking for rural exotics, you are definitely here. If you need a relaxing holiday, without the crowing of roosters and other animals, then it is better to look for another option.

We rested from 08.08.23 to 08/15.23. Wonderful, good-natured and helpful hosts met us on arrival closer to midnight. They helped us carry all our belongings from the car to a bright and cozy house. The house has its own kitchen with all the necessary tableware and appliances, a bed and an extra. the place has a modern bathroom with Underfloor heating, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi . Everything is modern and stylish. The sea and the springs are really within walking distance, the fresh smell of the eucalyptus grove.We will definitely come to this house next year and I think we will have to book in advance. I really liked the room , there is everything for a comfortable stay , the bed is simply gorgeous ( the mattress is as soft or harder as you wish for a comfortable sleep ) . I really liked that the kitchen area is a separate room with a view of the nature of Abkhazia. All the kitchen tools are there , you don 't need to take anything with you . It's a pity that I couldn't stay in this apartment hotel for the whole vacation (everything was already occupied ) So book in advance, very much in advance)
One of the special advantages is a shower (rain), a hair dryer
And of course the most convenient location to the hot spring is about 5 minutes in the usual step .

Very convenient location, near the springs and the sea, the first line. The neighbors are kind. We were always treated with watermelon and figs.))
