The bill waited for 40 minutes, as a result, without waiting for the waitress to appear in the field of view, I had to go myself to ask for the bill for payment) I probably would have understood if the cafe was crowded with customers at that moment, but I was absolutely alone there. There wasn't a single soul except the staff and me) In theory, it doesn't matter to me, and it's not difficult to get the bill, after all, and the lack of napkins is not a disaster along the way, but the cafe imposes 12% of the order amount for the service (or 10%, it was corrected by hand on another menu page, it doesn't matter in general). So if it's written in a separate line in the receipt, why don't I get the service? You either match the level you set, or remove this unjustified fee from the visitors. For the rest: respect to the chefs, they cook very cool, the place is clean, cozy, they have grown in this regard, before you could find flies under the tablecloth or a bunch of other nasty things)) (To be fair, I wasn't looking for them this time.)
