On the Red and Liebnecht did NOT like the inside, just like the old-fashioned shoe repair. I applied here for the first time a year ago.
I was served by a girl named Karina. She explained everything politely and clearly, offered suitable service options for my belongings and even gave a couple of tips on how to take care of them in the future.
The result exceeded all expectations — my worn yellow forces were returned perfectly white and without damage! Even the creases on the sock were removed!
Since then, before each winter/summer season, I have been giving shoes here for renewal.
Personally, I decided for myself that I would only contact Karina, since I am completely satisfied with her service. At the moment, it works Tuesday-Saturday.
In general, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service in general — fast enough for this type of service, efficiently and without unnecessary difficulties. If you need a good dry cleaning service, I recommend SkyCross, namely the point on Turovsky.

I gave my husband's almost new (original design with the effect of scuffs) sneakers for cleaning, the problem was in the trace from the touched curb, it was necessary to clean. Ok, partial cleaning was not offered in the services of the office, I gave a couple for a full complex. As a result of the cleaning, the sneakers were returned, where the master (it's hard to call him that) scrubbed one sneaker so diligently, so that it radically began to differ in color from the second one. At the same time, it is noticeable that he rubbed with effort all over the sneaker, and not, for example, a partial stain. As a result, a pair of sneakers became a different color. I'm attaching a photo. I didn't pick up the shoes in this condition. The salon is absolutely not customer-oriented, did not offer any compensation for poorly done work (at the same time, they work on a 100% prepayment). Since the shoes are ruined, I suggested an independent examination. The salon conducted an expert examination at my expense, but it is difficult to call it independent. The specialist conducted a legal assessment of the receipt, emphasizing that the receipt warned of a possible partial demolition of the drawing, but the method and result of the cleaning work were not analyzed. As a result, damaged shoes of different colors, additional costs for an affiliated examination. In any case, I will contact the competent authorities further. And I advise everyone to avoid this office.

I gave away shoes to replace the heels inside, because there was a scuff. We put a pallet there and picked up a suitable fabric in color, there are no questions. But no one warned me that the shoes would be one size smaller than mine. Wearing is actually not possible now. To which the girl told me that they would come, remove the insole and it would be OK, BUT this did not happen. It's a pity that the shoes and a full-fledged comfortable sock were ruined.

Secondly, at first they said that they could not strengthen the back pocket with leather, but in the end they did it instead of strengthening the side walls, as originally agreed. Thirdly, the prices are unreasonably expensive. Bring it to a regular workshop - they will do no worse, but pay 5 times less (without exaggeration). We are unlikely to use this service ever again.

I handed over nubuck moccasins in August to clean the white sole and nubuck! It's November outside the window, my moccasins are still missing! Or rather, they tried to give them to me at the end of September, but the nubuck looked like patent leather, after I proved that my moccasins were made of nubuck, they agreed to redo it! And they've been redoing it for 1.5 months now! Every time, after my call or a trip to the workshop, they promise that on Monday or tomorrow they will call me back and tell me when my shoes will be ready for delivery, they even offered to deliver them home! But there are still no shoes! Disgusting attitude to their work, impeccable customer care is immediately visible!

A couple, it was just ruined! Yes, the Director offered to fix it, but I still have to wait... and I just don't want to go back there! The girls at the reception and on the phone are not aware of the situation at all. They don't know how to talk in a substantive way at all!
