We bought a dress in this salon. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by smiling girls, which cannot be said about the rest of the salons. At the time of purchase and registration of the contract, we witnessed how the bride brought the dress from the rental, the girls were speechless to see what happened to this dress. Brides, aren't you ashamed to return such a dress back, and write about what you were told to buy back? I don't think you would have bought this after yourself! let the offended girls continue to scribble such comments. And I wish you good luck, Scarlett, and fewer inadequate brides)

If it would be possible to put 0, I would put it. The service is DISGUSTING. We were looking for a dress for our daughter's graduation.
1) you can't take pictures. At first, they just warned me, well, OK. While my daughter was trying on a dress, I decided to work on my phone (I work online) and my phone was almost torn out of my hands. Therefore, I can assume that all the reviews with photos are CUSTOM-MADE.
2) they offered only 2 dresses, and I had to persuade them to try on more dresses. With persuasion, they "allowed" me to try on 2 more
3) manipulated: the hostess said that they only have exclusive dresses and only 1 piece is available. And through conversations with her friends, the daughter found out that the dresses were offered to the girlfriends only the same as the daughters. Does it turn out to be only 2 in the assortment?
4) she told me that all the other salons in the city have the same dresses. It turns out to contradict itself.
In short, I regretted that I did not read the reviews before going to this salon, I would not have wasted my time.

We do not recommend this salon. We used the services of the salon -we rented a wedding dress. With a prepayment, and allegedly with a discount, which was then paid anyway.
The contract says that if the return is heavily contaminated, then you need to redeem the dress.
Upon return, the dress was moderately soiled. And how can you walk in a long white dress in a different way!!!!!
The salon did not accept the dress, citing stains of unknown origin. I had to pay extra (discount) and keep the dress.
After the dry cleaning, by the way, the dress is perfectly clean, and all the stains were washed off.
Be careful, in wedding chores, you do not always behave correctly in various situations in a timely manner.

The terrible salon is simple . The day before the wedding, they left without a wedding dress ! Instead of the dress that was originally measured , they brought the same one , but in gray , torn and 2 sizes larger ! When I wanted to look at it , they said that it was already in the case and there was no need to spoil it , they said it was steamed
When in the end I insisted that the dress be opened and shown, it was all crumpled and worn at least 5 times. At the first meeting, everyone was so sweet and kind , and then they looked at me with a haughty look and an indifferent attitude. And what kind of nonsense is it that you can 't take pictures of dresses ? Girls, no one needs your dresses for $ 300-400, calm down) in general, future brides, if you do not want to spoil such a responsible and important day for yourself, avoid this place.

I rented a dress, I liked the dress. There is no service. Firstly, the dress is not worth the money, it was made somewhere in Russia, it is immediately clear that it is not the first time at the box office. Secondly, the fitting takes place behind a screen where there are 2 finger slits, this is disrespectful. Thirdly, you can not take pictures of the dress! They are all in insta. How can I remember what I measured at all? Fourth, when renting, which completely killed, the level of the cabin is immediately visible, when returning, you must keep this particular hanger, in the absence, if anything, you will pay for it. I just liked the dress and it was cheaper than in other salons, but alas, its price is not worth it at all

I point to another one that I saw in their catalog, they tell me that you supposedly don't have much taste and I don't understand much about the trends of wedding dresses. Natalia assures that the dress is new and you are the first to rent it, but in fact it turns out that it was remarkably similar to the hands. He promises that the dress will be sewn to fit you and the master will do it. But in fact, she measures it all herself. He promises that the dress will be ready for you the day before the wedding. But in fact: it's crumpled and dirty. She does not give the dress to any dry cleaner, because it will "lose its appearance," according to her, only in the beginning you do not know about it. There was a desire to just go to another salon, but she kept her promises to fix everything until the time when everything was already closed.

I can't help but leave a review. I will definitely never return to this salon. Very intrusive, excessive. They just make me take a dress. You walk away from there as if everything has been squeezed out of you. I don't have the strength and desire for a long time to measure myself somewhere else. And also unpleasant odors. The hostess herself praises and assures that the dresses are new, but they are dirty and smell of sweat. And one has only to say that they are registered in another salon, you will hear enough of this.. Everything is immediately clear. Very unpleasant impressions about both the store itself and its owner.
