Location - topchik, the city center, close to both the square and the outlets. A very atmospheric place, wonderful rooms, courteous staff, delicious coffee, the freshest croissants. I recommend it!!!

We really liked the hotel. The price corresponds to the level. There is always Wi-Fi, hot water. I really liked the attitude of the staff to the guests. Always ready to help. In the hotel you feel taken care of yourself. The room was cleaned often, the white changed every other day, 2 bottles of water are brought every day and shampoo and shower gel are added when you use it, even slippers were brought in extra, you can order food from the cafe downstairs, the cafe is open around the clock, which is very convenient. We often came late and were always ready to feed us. The breakfasts may not be very diverse, but we were quite satisfied. Thank you very much to administrator Askar, with whom we interacted the most for always being ready to help. When we left, we were escorted to the car, carried our suitcases to the taxi and loaded. Thank you very much! If we go to Bishkek again, we will stay with you again.

The staff is friendly and courteous. Daily cleaning service. A very cramped bathroom. There is a buffet breakfast, but without variety. You can have breakfast in the cafe. Delicious and not expensive. Good location. Centre. It's not noisy.

It is unclear why it is necessary to go through the whole room to the closet and hangers for clothes? There is tea, coffee bags, a kettle and cups on the table. The breakfast is not bad, but there is no coffee machine. There are two types of porridge, sausages, eggs, fruits, pastries. The linen is fresh, the plumbing is working, the shower water is running out. The staff is helpful.

В целом неплохой отель, удобное кафе с едой и кофе внизу, здорово что есть места на улице, где посидеть. Сам отель с виду современный, персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Что касается номеров, меня все устраивает, но я не понимаю что там с полами) как в древней избе, кривые и скрипуче. Почему в таком здании так? Вода всегда горячая, стоят аристоны, уборка своевременная и хорошая. Завтраки однообразные, но меня устраивало менять яичницу с сосисками на кашу и обратно) в целом спасибо ребятам, было замечательно!

The room is acceptable. Large bathroom. There is no refrigerator. The curtains, windows, and window sill are a little dirty. Breakfast is very poor. At night, there is no one at the reception at all ..... we checked out early in the morning... There wasn't even anyone to give the keys to and get the documents. In Russia, for such a room with such a breakfast, 3000 is the red price, not 50 dollars. But this is Bishkek))) and the room rate is not an indicator here. Of the three hotels for $50, $80 and $120, the rooms are +/- the same.

Самое лучшее, что есть в этом отеле, это его КЛАССНЫЙ ПЕРСОНАЛ. Какие же ребята молодцы! Любой вопрос культурно помогают. Просила номер на самом высоком этаже, дали. Поменяла дату отъезда, без проблем и штрафов сделали. Чистенько, всё работает, питьевая вода есть. А ресторан на первом этаже просто кайф. ❣️ Еда отменная. Эстетика на 5 🌟 Маленькие нюансы с включёнными в проживание завтраками решить. Не остаётся еды толком на последний час. Но ребята приносили индивидуально еду. Как всегда молодцы.

Поставлю 5. Слегка авансом. Девушки на ресепшн молодцы. Номера чистые, уютные. Есть некоторые вопросы по сантехнике. Где-то слив забит. Где-то мыло не течет. Но это можно поправить при большем внимании администрации. Завтраки есть. Не блещет разнообразием, но и нечего объедаться. Отель однозначно стоит своих денег.

Хорошая гостиница за свои небольшие деньги. Сама гостиница 3 звёзды . Поэтому я ставлю 3. Есть небольшой минус . Нет Телефонов в номерах чтобы связаться с ресепшн.
