Terrible dry cleaning, ruined 2 jackets. No hardware protection, everything is peeling off. The insulation was not distributed and even returned with an obvious hump on the back. I returned to fix the situation, the jackets were not returned for 2 weeks, although the dry cleaning itself took a couple of days the first time. As a result, they tried to straighten the hump, but the shoulders are empty, there is no insulation on the sides either. I strongly advise you to contact another dry cleaner!

Dry cleaning for two. A pen mark appeared on the down jackets after dry cleaning! The logo was sheathed before dry cleaning, holes were made in the fabric with a needle, through which fluff now climbs out, their tags are attached to the material of the product simply with a STAPLER! Previously, they also pierced the belt in an expensive branded trench coat! Is it really impossible for a professional dry cleaner to come up with an adequate way?! I have not encountered such problems in other dry cleaners. Not a foot.
