The hotel is super, the large territory and the beach, the cuisine is simply gorgeous, the staff is trained, there are many shops and shops nearby, but there are nuances for Russians: 95 percent of vacationers are German pensions, a few German youth, respectively, everything is tailored to these comrades (animation, kitchen, staff). The rooms are a bit "rolled up", but everything works. To change something in the room, towels, linen, etc., you need to leave a request every time. Wi-fi is only available at the reception, but it's free, the speed is decent, and you can download konoshka. The cuisine is gorgeous, there are 6-7 types of meat, fish in different variations, sushi, rolls, seafood, it's every day, not to mention desserts.

February of the 25th year. We just got back. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The impressions are only positive. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay. A large beautiful territory with flowers and shade from well-groomed beautiful palm trees and trees, a clean beach, which always had places. The kitchen is simply gorgeous. Incredibly diverse, well-thought-out menu. No repeats during the week. Only on the eighth day will there be an opportunity to try your favorite dish again. "You won't stay hungry" is not a phrase about this hotel. Something like "it's hard to stay at your weight" would be more appropriate here. Everything is delicious and absolutely for every taste.
There is live music in the lobby every evening. There, those who wish can dance to a live, and quite professional, performance of hits. For alcohol lovers: beer, red and white wines are all of good quality. Cocktails are served at the bar.
The staff is friendly and courteous. Everyone is polite, friendly and ready to help. No one is begging for anything, but it's not superfluous to deliver tips in a room or restaurant for excellent work.
We were checked into the room earlier than we should have been. We arrived at about 11 a.m., and we checked in immediately without any extra money. The room turned out to have no balcony, they asked to change it - please! Without any additional payments or bribes.
Everyone writes about the "tired" room stock. Yes, the rooms really need renovation and the furniture would be nice to update, but everything works, the water is always hot and cold with good pressure, the mattresses are comfortable enough. In short, we don't live in a room for life, and we don't come to Egypt to enjoy the interior of a room. Sea, sun, air, delicious food, no negative emotions!
The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a promenade outside the gate, you can go to the city, and take a taxi to the popular Marina (a chic pedestrian promenade with yachts and restaurants)
It was the fourth time in Egypt. There is something to compare it with. Apparently, we will return to this hotel next time.

We had a rest with my husband from February 14 to February 23. Overall, the hotel was good, there were plenty of sun beds on the beach, a heated pool (the sea was cold in February, few people dared to swim), and minimal animation (I had enough). But, this hotel is aimed at Germans! All Russian speakers will always be on the 2nd plan. No one will come up to you to offer a cocktail, or to offer wine at lunch and dinner, especially at the pool and on the beach at the bar. The first question will be where you are from, and if you are not European, you will be immediately ignored. You can sit in the lobby in the evening, where cocktails are served, and the Germans will sit next to them, then they will approach them, but not you) OF COURSE, tips decide everything, get ready to give them for lunch and dinner, at the pool bar and the sea. . If you go to the bar yourself, without a waiter, and order a Pinot Colada, they will make you a very surprised face, like they don't understand what you want, and they will mutter something under their breath in their Arabic (I assume it's a swear word), the bartender on the beach expressed not rudeness, but aggression. Of course, after that, we weren't going to tip these super bartenders. They pour a cocktail with a very unhappy and aggressive face, and raise their voice at you in their language. But they immediately change their faces when a German approaches and smiles in front of him. And it's not even about tips, but the orientation of the hotel towards Europeans. The alcohol is local, not really. Even in a cocktail, you can feel the body. Try it once and that's it. Draft beer, bottled in the lobby. Initially, we bought a bungalow, they paid 20 dollars at the reception, and we were settled on the 3rd floor in the main building. The food is all right, the shrimp is given once a week, the food is delicious, the chicken and beef are always available, and the grilled vegetables are delicious. Desserts are so-so, bread without cream. There were strawberries a couple of times. THE territory of the hotel was well maintained, there were no mosquitoes at all.
