It's hard to say that I liked everything, maybe it wasn't the right time. Of the many dishes, there were two and three to choose from. The host-cook is trying, but the other staff doesn't seem to be particularly worried. Tea in teapots in bags, the amount was overestimated for tea and a flatbread. The prices are the same as in other restaurants. But it's a bit of a diner with sticky tables and a dirty washbasin. A cafe near the road with constant traffic with an abundance of flies! The fried lagman was over-salted. I don't know about other dishes, maybe my experience is a bit unfortunate.

It's a great place, we noticed it back in November 2023. Then, for the first time in my life, I ate Bukhara pilaf here. Impressed)
Now the menu has expanded significantly, pilaf is still the best in Bukhara, straight from the cauldron with yellow and red carrots, with raisins!
And I don't know where they get such delicious fresh vegetables in January!
Lemon tea is excellent, slightly sweet, fragrant.

It's a great place. We came by chance, the locals are eating. It is very inexpensive (we got 65 thousand soums per person), there is no service fee. The portions are huge, the staff speaks Russian. The food was cooked in front of us, the building is extremely authentic.

March 2025. A small cafe made of wood and slate. But it has the spirit of the old town. The cook who came out and talked to you is cooking. The music is played from the 80s-90s. The food is delicious and not excessively greasy. The choice is small, but that's a good thing.

Two girls ate 650 rubles. We took one portion of pilaf and one salad. We've had enough. Far from a restaurant, of course, in terms of service, but the meat in the pilaf was very tasty.
