The serving plates have some foregn smell

We ordered delivery with the promised waiting time of 1.5 hours, a maximum of 2 hours. It's been over two hours now, so we decided to call to find out what's wrong with the order. In response, they heard vague excuses that were completely unrelated to the situation, without any apology or attempt to smooth over the situation. We were told that the order would be ready soon. At the same time, it was only about two shawarma! When we asked to cancel the order, we received instant and joyful agreement — from which we can conclude that even the preparation of the shawarma did not begin.
More than two hours of waiting, and nothing is cooked, is simply unacceptable. This attitude towards customers leaves a very unpleasant aftertaste. I hope the management will pay attention to this incident and improve the service.

The establishment is excellent, clean, and the service is super. Delicious. The pizza is juicy, and there's a lot of toppings. Nuggets and French fries will lick your fingers. Recommend.
