At first glance, everything is fine - modern design, there is everything you need (hair dryer, cosmetics, kettle, tea/coffee/sugar, air conditioning), roof terrace, the location is undoubtedly very convenient, but on the second day you start to notice ants running all over the bathtub, karaoke is located right under the windows and the screams of drunk people up to until 6 a.m., especially from Fri to Sat and from Sat to Sun (with closed windows not helping at all from the word - the feeling that they are still open), it is simply impossible to sleep. Breakfast is generally normal, but not very varied (there are no pancakes / cheesecakes / pancakes), not all modes in the coffee machine work. The room is quite small. Cleaning every day, but not high-quality.
They have an administrator. My name is George! Good-natured, sweet, responsive! A wonderful employee! And by all accounts, a wonderful man!Everything is fine about the hotel itself, but the walls are very thin!5 stars exclusively because of George!
We spent 5 days together with my daughter of 9 years old, the room is quite comfortable for us, there is everything you need, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, a kettle and accessories, because this is a city hotel, you only come to spend the night, everything is enough. The location is beyond praise, the metro is 3 minutes, the very center, all excursions meet at Freedom Square, we are 2 steps away. We had a great rest, took trips through the Tripster: around the city, to Kakheti, to Mtskheta, we were delighted with everything. Breakfasts for a city hotel are also normal, omelette is always, sausages, potatoes / buckwheat / pasta were changed, muesli, cheese, sausage, vegetables, something else from snacks, cupcake / croissant, tea and coffee. The administrators speak Russian, are very pleasant, go to a meeting and prompt.
And I didn't like it. The door opened inconveniently, inside, which was why it was cramped at the exit of the room. The room is small, shower-toilet for 1 person, it is difficult to turn around together. Beautiful view from the balcony, but it's scary that it will collapse) on top of that, the lock didn't work a couple of times and the door wouldn't lock. There are breakfasts, but frankly they are not very good - eggs, salad, chemical drinks, straight mini-mini-choice. On the plus side, we were moved in at night) we moved to a nearby hotel after 11 or 12 in the morning.
The location, the quality of service, delicious breakfasts, competent administrators and affordable prices by the standards of the capital deserve high praise.
An excellent hotel in the historical center of the city, just a couple of minutes to Freedom Square, but at the same time a quiet alley without the noise of cafes and crowds of tourists
