Just so that the car doesn't stall, it was done in 2 days! Considering that they went through the entire fuel system and replaced the pump, it's very fast! The car went like new! Fixed all the issues. It's cheaper for money than for others. Then I contacted you several times about other issues. Everything was clear. Record, repair time, spare parts. Maintenance assistance! I am very satisfied! The attitude of the staff is excellent! They know their business perfectly well! They do it quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend it! You can repair any brand of car. I recommend it!!! I'm not going anywhere else! Now I also take spare parts only here!

But according to the suspension, they said that everything was fine...except for the oil seal of the half-axis, and the anther of the half-axis.
Otherwise, everything is supposedly fine! I asked for the EGR valve...They replied 1800 rubles to buy and 150 rubles to replace.

There is no waiting area for customers, as such - there is a corridor in which you can sit down and drink coffee from a vending machine, in short, it is not comfortable. The attitude towards the client is mediocre.
For a long time he was serviced in the same service, his car and his wife. Both Citroens. The moment came when there was a problem that the guys couldn't handle. We went through the floor of the car (injectors, pressure regulator, high-pressure pump, washed the fuel system, tank) and everything is wrong. Sitbel helped, and now I've been working for them for the second year. So far, everything is fine.
I did FAP maintenance here. + Refilled the liquid for FAP. The craftsmen are good, they do everything quickly and well. At prices at an average level, it's not a pity to do such a job.
I visited the service station for the first time and was immediately pleasantly surprised by the size: 2 boxes, more than 10 service posts, and specialization in Citroen is definitely a plus. They serviced and made suspension diagnostics, despite the rotten rear thresholds - they were moved to another lift. I recommend it, you can go!
When I applied to this service station, I already had something to compare it with (very very sad and expensive low-quality repairs, welding and painting) in general, this is a wonderful service station with smart and understanding staff who know how and where... very polite and patient guys!!! With my car, after a third-party "service station" there were a lot of problems and questions that were "repaired". But the SitBel guys solved all the issues in a week, and there were oh so many of them. I have applied to this service station more than once, because the organization has a contract. The woman in the order desk communicates rudely, answers to questions need to be extracted from her. The timing was changed, after that the car stopped, as it turned out, the tags were incorrectly set. Of course they eliminated it, but the time was spent. A private car would not take them to service.
I made an appointment on the phone to calibrate the windshield camera. They said ok. Come and do it. Arrived. I've been in line. As a result, it turned out that there was no label for calibration. When asked why I drove through half the city and spent about 3 hours of time, silence answered.
The first time I came to them in a Citroen c5, I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed and clarity of work. I hadn't had time to register the car yet, but they had already taken it to the remzone, apparently they immediately started making it and gave it back after an hour and a half. The price tag is probably not the cheapest, but also nothing sky-high. I recommend it to those who value their time.
Competent management, intelligent specialists, work quickly, solve problems with an emphasis on customers, the price is acceptable. I have been there twice, I will continue to be serviced!

I think it's expensive, but quality requires sacrifice. and it was about the recently replaced brake discs and pads at another service . they tell you that repairs are not carried out efficiently . guys, I'm ready to pay you how much you tell me, but give me a document that I had the repair done incorrectly and then I'll sue your neighbors for the costs!
