Food: everything is super, delicious, really delicious, all dishes are brought to perfection. Maybe there wasn't enough seafood, but I'm not a big fan either, in my opinion, there's nothing to find fault with in the food. Cleaning/room service: 10/10, there was cleaning every day, towels were changed, a surprise was arranged for my birthday, which was very pleasant, it was nice! In the room: slippers, hairdryer, sewing kit, conditioner and shampoo, shower gel and body cream (and even something else was not opened), everything is replenished as needed. Number of rooms and appearance of the hotel: 10/10, stylish, neat, clean, pleasant! Wi-Fi is free, works throughout the hotel, and even outside. Staff: polite, smiling, fast, comfortable, the service is at a high level, it would be possible to mention each employee individually, but of the bartenders, for example, I can mostly mention the girl from the Birsen lobby bar, very pleasant and makes the most delicious cocktails! By the way, as for cocktails, they'll do whatever you want, for example, even Pineapple Manhattan. There are absolutely no questions about this, it's perfect! Animation: Mr. John is the best! Funny, funny, gives everyone time and attention, animation is very comfortable for us, not too much, not a little, just what you need! Boccia, volleyball, darts were every day + you can play table football, billiards, board games + evening program. I don't understand those who write that this is not a 5* hotel, but what is 5* for you then? I recommend the hotel, we plan to return again!

At the time of writing the review, I am staying at the hotel on 05/23/25, so all impressions are as fresh as possible. Among the advantages: excellent views from the sea view rooms, stylish design of the hotel as a whole and common recreation areas, good rooms (relatively large, excellent lighting, plumbing), many comfortable places for relaxing and contemplating the sea with a cocktail in hand. Of the cons: the level of service is not for 5 *, the professionalism of the staff leaves much to be desired (a couple of bartenders are even more or less, but most of them, according to their actions, have an extremely weak understanding of their work). Very poor nutrition for 5*. The work of the kitchen as a whole is a miserable three, starting from catering, ending with cleaning and table service) P.S. This is the first hotel in my memory where they do not greet arrivals at the bus and do not help with luggage before check-in. Conclusion: a good and comfortable hotel in terms of infrastructure for a relaxing holiday by the sea, without claims to high quality service.
