Everything was more or less normal. I did not pay attention that this hotel is not worth the money, everything is old. but okay. On the last day I started counting money (every day I counted), the money was hidden in several places, in different amounts. and saw that they took a little from each. They thought, apparently, that I would not notice. Went to the police station, to no avail. The hotel spreads its arms in different directions, like nothing to do with it. Well, of course. It's a pity I didn't pay attention to the reviews earlier, this already happened. Bottom line: exaggerated price, terrible service, so-so breakfast. And as a result, you will also be cheated and robbed.

The rest was unforgettable.It is very quiet, beautiful and cozy. Everything is in colors, everything is clean. I would like to express my gratitude to Malahat for everything she did for us and the staff. Everyone is trying, everyone is polite and kind. Thank you very much.I recommend and rate it

We had a vacation in August 2024 with the whole family.
The hotel is a complete disappointment!!! only at breakfast, it was annoying, the breakfasts were monotonous, for 2 weeks nothing changed from the word at all! The service is unobtrusive, the glasses in which tea was brought were periodically dirty! You can't wait for waiters to order food!!! We lived in a villa, there were 7 of us. There is 1 double cabana on the beach for each villa. Where should we put 5 more people?!? We borrowed more cabanas, and after 10 days we were told that they were paid for us! In 10 days!!! 100 dollars for one wild boar per day.
I.e. We had to pay $2,000 for 2 more boars. And why couldn't you just say that 1 wild boar per 1 villa?!?and that the rest are paid?!?
Unpleasant (The cherry on the cake was the theft of 2 gold rings on the first day from the villa. We hadn't had time to sort things out yet, we were sitting on the veranda of the villa on the minus 1st floor with a well drink, at that time the Butler team that serviced our villa worked very competently and stole the rings. The rings were expensive, Cartier (After discovering the loss that evening, I began to doubt, maybe I didn't take these rings at all?!? Although I definitely remembered that I put them down. I asked my son, who was in Moscow, to go to the apartment and check for rings. It took him 6 days to get to the apartment. I turned everything over, there were no rings in Moscow. After telling the head Butler about the loss, he convinced us that he would do everything possible to help us. But until the last day there was stupidly silence ((( nothing was returned to us! They also stole money from the safe a little bit. tk, upon arrival home, we did not count a certain amount. It is very very unpleasant and sad that for such a huge amount of money that we paid for the trip, we got such a low vacation ((( I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! It's difficult to walk there, because it's a very steep uphill climb, you have to wait for a buggy, it's exhausting!!!
