For the first time, I drove a car to them for a comprehensive car wash. They completely ruined the car. The instrument panel was filled with water and it no longer works, neither the on-board computer nor any device shows. A bucket of water was pumped out under the front mats. It was also very damp under the back carpets .The new dashboard costs more than 6 thousand bel.rub. Who will compensate me for this damage? The work is disgusting, as are the staff. Director Shlyakhtunova T.V. does not make contact. I will file a lawsuit. I handed them the car in perfect working order.

I used this sink about once a month. Everything was fine. But I stopped by the complex a week ago. Washed at 4. I have already left the sink, turn on the music and hear wheezing from behind, open the back door, look at the door card filled with water. Apparently, the inner part of the thresholds was washed with a kerch. Well done, of course, to think of such a thing, it took 5 days for the speaker to dry out, as a result it got replaced. The car is not cheap for 20 years. I did not write a complaint, there is no point, I had to check on the spot. They will find a lot of excuses, judging by the reviews

We stopped by to wash the car, the car was washed somehow. The mats were washed, but the original back mat was taken away. Temporarily given someone else's and the old one. We promised to look for it! They didn't find anything, they behaved rudely! Then they called my husband and accused him of everything.
