We lived in a chain of these hotels in Bangkok, Changmai, Pattaya, and Patong. It is on Patong that the most uncomfortable, old hotel is. I won't say anything bad about the staff. They always go to a meeting. In Patong, for this money, you can find a more comfortable option.
