The consultants are absolutely not happy that you came in. The faces are unhappy, they can't even squeeze out the slightest smile. I went to the checkout, there was no one in line, so the cashiers were standing talking to each other without paying any attention, it took them 10 minutes to punch these things through to me!! This is not the norm considering that there was no one else but me. Arrange for friendly people there.

We wanted to buy a baby dress, the price on the website and in the store is 25,000, at the checkout they said that if you are over 10 years old, it will be more expensive. On the website, when we change the size, the price does not change. We were very disappointed. We didn't buy it on principle.

Terrible customer orientation in the store! If you open and promote a store, teach your employees to serve customers in a stream! You are losing not only your regular customers, but also potential ones! The gift has not been bought, the holiday is ruined only because your employees are too lazy to serve customers ready to buy! The service is at 0. A store with good goods, but they do not know how to sell offline at all! I went to the store for a certain product ready to buy, I just needed to sell it, but none of your employees bothered to do it, I didn't even need to try on the product, it was elementary to punch it at the checkout, but the employee did everything so that I didn't buy it just ignoring me! Terrible attitude towards your customers, very arrogant and indifferent, before you hire such sales consultants, teach them how to work! Either increase the staff and conduct a conversation with them or training on sales and customer orientation! I am very disappointed!

I went to the store for a set of tea service. Only one employee worked in the store, the second refused to give out the goods. Just give it away. Do not measure, do not bring the size, just give the box.
I waited 20 minutes for an employee to just come up to me. As a result, at my request, to give me a box and for me to pay for it, I was asked to wait until all the people would try on clothes, until the seller would take out all the sizes they needed, and only then they would just give me a box with a tea set.
The employees have a disgusting customer orientation.
They could earn the owner 70,000 drams just by showing a little empathy and respect for someone else's time. I do not recommend this store to visit
