We stayed at this hotel from December 7 to December 17, 2024. Excellent hotel staff-receptionists, the maid guy and the canteen staff.
The hotel is newly renovated, very clean and cozy.
It's a 15-minute walk to the sea, near Jangceylon, Malin Plaza market, and another food market in front of the hotel.
The room was cleaned by a guy very well, daily change of towels. We really liked the hotel, we will come back again.
The breakfasts are good-several dishes, always vegetables and fresh fruits, there is also a coffee machine, you can drink coffee from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

We stayed at the hotel from December 16, 2024 to January 3, 2025, rented a 2-bed room with one double bed, without meals. The hotel is great. It's just GREAT for a three-piece. After the renovation. They are cleaned cleanly, towels in the room and beach towels are changed every day. Two 0.5L bottles of water were always brought. The linen and towels are snow-white. Anyone who needs mats on the beach can take them. Apparently tourists leave them. There is a machine with drinks, and you can use it for free for those who rented a room without food. Those who went to breakfast also praised the food. Our room 504 overlooks the river, on the tennis side, there was no sun around the clock. The balcony was left open until the evening. Norm is a guest on the third line. It's a long way to the beach. 15-20-25 minutes (how anyone walks). The breakfasts are modest, but you won't leave hungry. A great hotel for a budget holiday. We had a rest in November 2024. We settled in three minutes after we arrived. We got a room with a view of the river, it's very quiet at night. It's also interesting on the road, there's a market across the street, there's live music every evening, you can listen to a concert on the balcony.The room is not very big, but it is not small either. Very bright, pleasant, apparently fresh renovation. The balcony is small, but there is a place to dry things. What struck me is that things dry very quickly, usually you can't wait for it to dry in Tae. There is enough furniture, but there are no shelves for linen at all. The closet is large, there are hangers. But why not make 2-3 shelves above the safe? There are no clothes hooks in the bathroom either. But two showers are flexible and the effect of rain. Shampoo and gel on the wall in dispensers. Top up if necessary. They put toilet paper in every day. But there is no soap at all. Bring your own. We haven't even seen this in four stars. Two women serve, such cheerful people. Everyone will tell you about the dishes. The drinks are not very good. Tea in the kettle, nescafe coffee, the same as in the room, and juices are invited. In general, we had a great rest!!! A wonderful budget hotel. I recommend it to everyone. I really liked the hotel, I was in it from 03/5/2024 to 03/16/2024. Clean, cozy,cleaned every day,sooo friendly staff who helps solve any problem! The noise did not bother me from the street, because I do not like to sleep in absolute silence)) it was perfect for me) the breakfasts are delicious, varied, it's nice to sit in the lobby, Wi-Fi works well, air conditioning too) every day they brought 2 bottles of water, coffee, cream, gels, shampoos. I bought my own soap )There is a fridge and a kettle. It's the fifth time I've been to Thailand, I've been to more than one hotel, so there's something to compare it with. Very convenient location, within walking distance of the beach: seven minutes walk, Bangla road and traffic, shopping center and banzaan food market are all nearby. Freedom and paradise beach are close, there by taxi, back too, but you can also walk back from the beaches. We returned to the hotel in forty minutes on foot. The hotel has rooms on the river and on the road with a view. We were on the 6th floor on the river, I didn't feel any stench, and we didn't come to sit on the balcony, the most important thing is quiet at night on this side. They took it with breakfast, a little, but for breakfast it is very enough and the second with meat or fish and fruit and drink. The women are caring in the dining room and attentive. They also always help with all questions at the reception. We had dinner next door at the Sia food cafe, right after the bridge there is the first one, there in general the staff all became friends for us and in the end they also gave us a bunch of mangoes. The hotel has only one large bath towel per person, and there is no soap, but there is shampoo and shower gel. I would come back again, of course yes.

In terms of food, everything is fine, very nice, good-natured women are working! There are no questions to the reception either, everything is fine-clearly, if you have any questions, they will help with everything! We took excursions right downstairs from the man, went to Chaolan, then took them on the street to the islands. Beach towels are always clean in the morning, you can take them to the beach! They cleaned every day, bottled water, bathroom accessories. They didn't take breakfast, in front of the 7-eleven, they took food and coffee there. The staff is polite, beach towels are provided separately at the reception. We rented a car, it is convenient to drive from the hotel all over the peninsula. We liked the hotel as a whole. It's a good option for your level. There are rooms facing the road (even) and the river (odd). Those on the road are very noisy, I think it can be difficult to sleep, so in order not to spoil the impression of rest, ask for a room with a view of the river.
The rooms are small but comfortable, there is a small balcony. They cleaned every day, it seems that the linen was not changed only. They give free 2 bottles of 0.5 water and coffee + cream every day. The WiFi is good. They only give a large towel, for the body, and for the legs, but not for the face. There are no slippers and a bathrobe either. They give shampoo, shower gel, cotton buds, but they do not update them quickly, after about 5 days they gave us new ones. The hotel also provides beach towels, you can change them at least every day.
The staff is very nice, helpful, helped us, speak a little English.
Within walking distance there is a night market with fruits and food, big c, shopping center, massage parlors with prices cheaper than everywhere else, 7/11.
The hotel is 15-20 minutes from the beach. It felt normal to walk, but I would like to get closer. The beach is normal, but the water is disgusting (March 2023) - brown-green, muddy, it was unpleasant to swim in such a place. That's why we later started going to Karon beach, where the water is perfectly clean, transparent, the sand is cool and crisp like snow. You can get there by smart bus for 100 baht, runs every hour from second street, well, or by taxi, bike.

A normal hotel for its price category. If there are rooms available, it is better to settle on the side with a view of the river, otherwise it is very noisy from the road. We didn't take breakfast, we don't know. There is a kettle in the room, coffee, sugar and cream, and water are put in every day. Beach towels are provided at the reception for free. The staff is very friendly, they will help in difficult situations, tell you, call a taxi or call the hospital (from personal experience). We've been living here for a week now. The hotel is good, the staff does not speak English very well, it is difficult to communicate with them.
The rooms are clean and pleasant. Cleaning every day.
We were initially accommodated in a room that faces the road, that is, from the front side of the hotel, of course the view is good, but there is zero sound insulation, it is sooo difficult to sleep at night, since cars / bikes and other things with tearing sounds and screaming music pass non-stop 24/7 - and this is not an exaggeration.
We asked to change our room with access to the back of the hotel and it's just a blessing - finally we can sit in silence, the view is worse, but we don't really need it, it's more important for us to get enough sleep in silence. Plus, we noticed that the room is larger, wider, more spacious - therefore, if you are used to falling asleep in silence, then I advise you to ask to move you into even rooms, since the odd ones face the road.
The breakfasts are meager and the same every day, on the fifth day we stopped going, because we want something else.
And about the location - the hotel is in a very convenient and cool place, the beach is nearby, the shopping center is nearby and a bunch of other things too.

Not a bad hotel. Two buildings, the second one definitely has an exit to the roof, hang clothes to dry and look around. It is located on the third street from the beach, but it is conveniently located in the middle part, within walking distance when leaving the hotel to the left, the Seafood Night Market and other things, as well as the Jang Ceilon shopping center. If you turn right, then it's also a 10-minute walk to the Malin Plaza Market. The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy, but who cares. They asked for a replacement, the reception resolved the issue the next day, thanked Alyonka. You can also ask for a European adapter in the outlet, there are scales for baggage control. The breakfasts are hearty, one of the hot dishes was changed every day, without stomach problems. Watermelon, pineapple without shortage, Water in the cooler can always be collected in your container on the beach. Minus - there is no GREEN tea, in the store 7/11 from 250 rubles. Coffee, cream, and sugar were replenished in the room every day. After the replacement, the room was given with a view of the river, there were no smells, the monitor lizard lives there and eats frogs. It's much quieter there, the shade during the day is a plus, although it has a view of the sewage treatment plants. Beach towels were replaced without restrictions every day. Exchangers, bike rental, and the sale of excursions are literally at every turn, the competition is fierce. Bargain, ask for a discount. Patong beach is the largest and most active, but the water from the Karon side is dirtier from the flowing river, much better from the airport side. According to the Bolt application, for 150-200 baht, I recommend taking a taxi to Karon with crisp sand, where you can find a secluded place in the shade of palm trees for the whole day. There are fewer boats and scooters at times, so it is cleaner and quieter. Kata Noi is a mini beach for 3, 4 hotels, very cozy and "homely". A plastic raincoat will not hurt to take with you, just in case. The sun roasts even in cloudy weather, so do not relax in such weather and without cream in any way.

For three days they asked to change the room because the air conditioner works outrageously, like a tractor it is impossible to fall asleep ... the noise from the street will seem nonsense compared to the rattling, loud vibration, the hum from the air conditioner... Some empty promises to fix the situation, so there is a huge minus for the attentiveness of the staff on the issues of the guests!!!

The balcony is very small, there is nowhere to dry the laundry, and there is nowhere to hang it, it is better to bring light hangers with you so that it is more convenient to dry. The balcony overlooked the river and this was a plus, if on the road, it was very noisy. Breakfasts are very meager and monotonous, but you can have a snack, and if desired, you can eat ( fruits: pineapples, watermelons and fruit salad - every day, sausages and boiled sausage, meat with rice, with noodles... yogurt, scrambled eggs...) If it does not matter that the rooms are small and there is no adjacent territory at all, then you can safely choose.

Good staff, good breakfasts. Every day they give towels to the beach (huge), cleaning is done daily, very efficiently. Cockroaches or other insects were not noticed. In 13 days, we saw only 2 small ants once. We lived on the noisy side of the hotel, the first night was very noisy, the second night we got used to it. There are scales on the lobby. The rooms are equipped with a kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, good safe, air conditioning, balcony. Shower room with adjustable water temperature.

The hotel has 2 buildings, as we were told, we lived in a new building, and the main reception and restaurant are located in the old building.

The location of the hotel in relation to the sea is far away, we went to the northern part of the beach where it is clean, the water is clean, there are a couple of cafes on the shore where you can have a snack and beautiful stones for photos. We liked everything!

Excellent value for money. Pleasant and attentive staff. Good location, it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea. There are many cafes nearby. The banzaan night market is also nearby. I highly recommend it

A good hotel for an overnight stay. We didn't eat in the restaurant. The rooms are noisy from the side of the road.
