One of the most cozy places at home in Abkhazia. Communication with the owners quickly disposes to rest and relaxation. There is everything for a beach holiday. Nice rooms for 2+1 families, air conditioning, car space, large shared kitchen/dining room. And most importantly! Direct flight from Adler airport or train Moscow- Sukhum. From the train station to Singler - 1700m or 200₽ by taxi.
I strongly recommend it!!!

A lovely guest house, located very close to the sea right across the street, there is a kitchen for cooking, near the canteens there is a grocery store. The guest house organizes excursions, they will pick you up and bring you right to the gate, you do not need to go anywhere 👍
Special thanks to Arthur for organizing the rest (the son of the owners is engaged in bookings) and of course to Angela and Sergey fine wine chacha live music cinema all this is the Singer guest house!!! 👌🙌👍
PS let's go back to this place more than once!

A great place for a relaxing, quiet holiday. To the beach 2 min, to the dining room 3 min, to the store 1 min. walk. The guest house has 10 rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, TV. There is a change of towels, bed linen, room cleaning. There is also a shared kitchen for self-catering. Excursions can be arranged on site. Hospitable hosts. There is also a free fenced parking for several cars.

Singer Guest House, I really liked it.Friendly hosts.Cozy and comfortable rooms.The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. It's all clear.There is also a large kitchen with all the necessary utensils. And most importantly, the beach is across the street. I'm betting ☆☆☆☆☆

I was on vacation in Abkhazia for the first time, I arrived only yesterday and I am still delighted with the rest. The room is great, air conditioning, TV, shower, bathroom, everything is just great. The beach is 2 minutes from the house.The hosts are hospitable and polite. I would really like to come back next year)))

I really liked Singer. Beautiful territory, friendly hosts. We wrote off in Whatsapp, everyone immediately found out and decided to stay here. The presence of a closed parking lot was a decisive factor, because we traveled by car.
We took a room 2+1, small but cozy. I will immediately note the snow-white bed linen and a set of towels. There is also a set of disposable washbasins in the bathroom. The room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle.
There is a shared kitchen and a dining area outside, there is everything you need, from plates and spoons to glasses.
The sea is a 2-minute walk away, across the street. We woke up to the sound of the surf.
There are several small shops within walking distance.
Thank you for your hospitality, your house is very pleased, if you have to visit Abkhazia again, then only to you

Good location. There is a shop, a dining room nearby, and the sea is just around the corner. The room is clean, has air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle. Shower and toilet in each room. To spend the night and take a shower))) Very good indeed. The rest of the time we spent at sea or on excursions. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I recommend.

The guest house is in a good location, not far from the sea. Very pleasant hosts Sergey and Angela who will help in any situation. The rooms are clean and cozy. There are plenty of dishes in the kitchen, although a wonderful dining room with delicious food and reasonable prices is located very close.

I rested from 08.09.23 to 15.09.23. Alone in a 3-bed room (room 1, on the 1st floor on the right). In the room: 2 double beds and an ottoman, 2 bedside tables, a table with drawers, an electric kettle on it. There is also a TV and air conditioning and a small refrigerator. The bathroom is clean, everything works, there is ventilation and a window. The hosts are friendly and friendly. Shared kitchen:gas stove,kettle,microwave and dishes. What to pay attention to: 1. There are no blankets. Cover yourself with a blanket and a sheet. It's fine in the heat. I'm just used to sleeping under a warm blanket even in summer. 2. The entrance to the room and the window on one side. My room was closer to the kitchen.Other residents are walking by. So for the most part, the curtains were closed. So, by the way, in many guest houses. It's a 2-minute walk to the sea. Canteens and cafes are very close. There is a minimarket in the next house. There are delicious pancakes there) I am very happy with my vacation! I recommend the guest house! It is well suited for both a single person and a family with a child.
