Good evening. This is not the first time I have visited this salon. Many of the craftsmen are good, friendly, and know a lot about their work. There are no complaints or comments about them. But, there is a minus, and this minus is the Administrators. They don't do their job professionally. You sign up for one time that they offer, and in the end they sign up for another. They can be very rude, and sometimes you walk up to the counter and they smell like cigarettes. And you don't treat your employees very well. They can yell at them in public, they can make a remark out of thin air. I think this is unacceptable. If the administrator wants to reprimand an employee in some way, then I think it can be done not in public. It's not pretty. They may be in a bad mood and start communicating with clients not very well. I hope the management will sort out the situation with the administrators.
And so, in fact, everything is fine, the masters are great fellows. Thank them for their work and quality.

They arrived a week later..The admin was not in place...the students are ready to take the baby for a haircut, but then the hairdresser aunt gets in and starts telling them off to the whole hall that the baby won't sit in the studio himself, and you can't sit on your mother's lap, but you never know what.And let them go to a special children's hospital.
A question for the manager.Why is there a haircut service for children under 3 years old in the price list????And why would I go somewhere if the barbershop has this service on the ground floor of the house?
I understand that the hairdresser is on a budget, and the main contingent is pensioners of the district, but we live in 2025, and we would like minimal service, with staff who are more or less at least competently refusing services.

If only it were possible to give 6 stars! A wonderful hairdresser! How many times have I been here! I would like to express my gratitude to the two miracle workers Daria and Ekaterina! The girls are just great - they gave me and my son beautiful haircuts! Good health, good health to you, our dear ones! It was very pleasant, my wife was very happy, because in other hairdressers her son's hair was not cut as she would like. But in this barbershop they were able to make amazing hairstyles!
