We celebrated the wedding on 07.01.2017. Initially, we communicated with the administrator Victoria (about two months before the wedding). I asked Victoria several times if she would be at the wedding or if there would be another administrator (because I read reviews that administrators changed and some points were missed). Victoria told everything very beautifully, assured that she would be there and everything would be on top.Also, when we looked at the restaurant, it was cold in it and we were assured that there was a boiler room and the hall would be warm. As a result, when we came to make the menu, there was another administrator - Karina.There are no pretensions to Karina, but Victoria acted very badly, without even warning in the end that she would not be there.
On the day of the wedding itself, it was sooo cold in the restaurant!!!In general, it was impossible to go to the toilet (if they even breathed in the hall, then there was a terrible beater in the corridors and in the toilet).Apart from the fact that it spoiled the impression, half of the guests and myself are lying at home with a fever right now. Due to the cold, the food also cooled down very quickly and the hot was hot only for the first 5 minutes.Those who did not have time were late.
Also, the decorator did not do everything as agreed.
Initially, there were very good impressions about the restaurant, but now I conclude that apart from a beautiful hall and beautiful speeches to lure customers, there are no advantages in it!!!

The wedding was celebrated on 07/23/2016. The restaurant is very beautiful, all the guests were delighted with the beautiful hall, and from the super gift of the restaurant (dancing boy with gigot).The kitchen is very tasty, the food remained and they gave us everything home, including alcohol, thanks to the administrator Karina for controlling everything, the staff is very nice and polite.Of course there were some nuances, but in general the wedding was on top!Except for the decorator Valeria:the presidium was not decorated as we agreed, the covers on the chairs were dirty and some with holes, the skirts on the tables always fell off, the year was incorrectly indicated on the seating chart (instead of 2016 it was 2017) this is generally a horror, and at the same time she charged us more money than we needed, since the number of guests decreased, at first 70 people were ordered, and there were 62, but she took the money for 70!!!!I don't advise anyone, unless of course you want to spoil your holiday!
I would like to leave my feedback (especially for those who plan to visit this institution).To say that you are overwhelmed by negative emotions is not to say anything.So, we visited for the first time 3 years ago, we really liked everything, especially the kitchen.Therefore, this year we purposefully ordered an event at the Hearth.During the event, it was clear that the table was half empty, the portions were tiny, the slicing was salty, it was impossible to eat, one of the salads was spicy, and the portions remained.And the dolma is 1-1.5 mach in size.2 cm?What's it? A separate conversation about the service, dirty plates were not cleaned, ice cream was served without spoons! referring to the fact that 2 weddings are still taking place and there are not enough spoons!Then they brought clean plates and left them, saying who needs to take them.When the ice cream was ordered, the waiter was gone for a long time.What was my surprise when he just stood and watched the performance at the wedding while serving.People were waiting for the order in the hall.I'm just shocked by all this! Therefore, I would like to tell you, warn all those who plan to come here.I made a conclusion from everything, after 3 years the restaurant works neither on quality, but on quantity.Constant events , everything is put on a conveyor belt.I am more than sure that the stated weight in the products does not correspond to reality. It's a shame that for the same money in another institution it was possible to celebrate with a different result and mood.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!
