The space is very cool, cozy and beautiful! We spent time here many times, but not without precipitation, and hoped that there would be changes from the side of the administration! But alas! Last year, the child's birthday was celebrated and everything went great, but the administrator left unpleasant memories. I was unhappy all the time during the holiday, I limited the games to the children in that sense, it's not allowed, it's not allowed. It felt like all our guests had come to her house, and not to a rented children's space, which implies children's laughter, shouting and joy. This was also noticed by the people invited to the celebration. And today, this situation was repeated at a friend's birthday party. The receptionist had a sullen and displeased look. I approached the children and made comments about toys, as for me they played with them, not broke them. There are 2 play rooms in the space, and if you took the toy in one, then you can't enter the second one with it. And what will happen to her? Will you have to clean more? It's a pity that such a wonderful space is served by such an employee, and most likely it's the hostess herself. This is the only children's cafe with such a service, we were in many children's places and the service was excellent!

It was a beautiful space, but the receptionist who was on shift when we arrived was just very, very slow, the dessert Napoleon was probably from a century ago, in addition, the receptionist swore that the child took toys out of the box on the floor, even though we took them out to collect, and finally asked the children to come down from the second floor. and don't mess around there, such nuances really spoil the impression, but the place itself is super in terms of decor and toys.

Good evening. I couldn't leave a review.Many thanks to the owner of the Simba children's room. She is very polite and helpful. She greets all the guests herself, tells everyone where to take off their shoes and undress. In general, she is a professional in her field! The room itself is clean. The dishes are good. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Two washbasins, for adults and children, it is very convenient. There are pots for babies. A wonderful place, cozy. It's super cool to do holidays here. Thank you for being there. We will visit you all the time.
