An ordinary three-star hotel. Tiny rooms. It's fine for three stars. The staff is very friendly, considerate and helpful. Everything seems to be neat and tidy. There is an elevator. The location is good. Within walking distance there are bus stops and minibuses and a high-speed tram that runs directly to Hagia Sophia and to the Basilica Cistern and the Blue Mosque. The view from the hotel windows is either to nowhere or to a narrow street with windows of another hotel. It's quite suitable for budget accommodation. Breakfast was included in the accommodation. For four days, the menu has not changed: boiled eggs, French fries, nuggets, three types of cheese, sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, coffee, tea, milk, cereals, olives, olives, bagels. It'll do. .

We had a rest in March 2025. One of the advantages is a good location. Close to the historical center, near the metro and other public transport. Breakfast is included. Breakfast is basically the same, but tolerable. There are many cafes with pleasant prices on the street. The room is cleaned daily and towels are changed daily too. There is a hairdryer, TV, refrigerator. One of the disadvantages. First of all, it's mega audibility. I even heard a fart in the next room. The general cleaning of the room has not been seen, probably since the construction period. The curtains are gray with dirt, the hood is black with dust, and mold is everywhere. The air conditioner has probably never been washed either. In general, if you spend the night clean, it will do. But keep in mind that the construction of the hotel opposite has also begun. And the jackhammer knocks from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Once the hotel is completed, it will be quieter.

It's a very nice hotel. Nearby all transport (metro, buses, trams) is within walking distance. The staff is very polite and hospitable. They greeted us like family, even knew our names. The rooms are quiet and peaceful, daily cleaning, shower, TV, air conditioning, everything is working. We went for a walk, came to rest ( only seagulls outside the window are loud) If you are interested in budget options, I recommend 👍The area is quite calm, we walked late at night, always without problems!

We stayed at the hotel from 15.01-19.01.2025. The room is nice and clean. Linen and towels were changed every day, and they were cleaned too. The room is cool, but there is air conditioning, if it's cold, you can turn it on and heat it up. The only negative is the audibility. A noisy group came into the neighboring rooms and we listened to singing and dancing all night, they also probably smoked in the room, it stank terribly. Since they stopped by at the end of our stay, we didn't swear and ask to be resettled. The breakfasts are normal, you can eat a lot. There were French fries, nuggets, eggs; simite, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and sausage. Well, sausage, of course, is not possible to eat, so we took our own from Russia) and took it for breakfast) In general, in order to just come after a day of walking and roll the dice and sleep, the hotel is good. The staff barely understands Russian, but they are good-natured) they try to help. It takes about 12-15 minutes to get to the tram stop. There are shops nearby.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, always ready to help. The room is clean, cleaned every day. Everything you need is there. All the sights are nearby, transport is nearby too, the location is convenient. Coming home from a walk, drinking coffee, sleeping and having breakfast before a walk is great!

A solid three-star hotel is a great option if you just need to sleep and wash up! The rooms are small, everything worked fine. It is located near the center. The breakfasts are monotonous every day. There is an inexpensive and delicious cafe around the corner, a hotel employee recommended.

The friendly staff does their best, considering the location of the hotel and the specific environment. They will always help and prompt you. The rooms are cleaned every day. Always clean linen and towels. A comfortable bed with a good mattress - does not creak, does not shake. Absence of insects, dust. Breakfast is what you need: there are no delicacies, but boiled eggs, cheeses, vegetables and olives, fresh bread, fruits. After eating in the morning, you don't think about food for a long time. It is quite suitable for a budget tourist! Recommend.

The photo doesn't match. There are no kettles or drinking water. There's barely any water in the shower The food is monotonous every day, but it is quite possible to have breakfast (eggs, French fries, nuggets, oranges, apples, tea, coffee, bread, jams, olives) Excellent staff, ready to help with everything. the room was always cleaned. The hotel is not in the very center, but while you are walking you can see all the sights. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the Blue Mosque.

We liked this hotel and specifically our room. It is clean (except for hard-to-reach places, such as a niche in which there is a mini-refrigerator, it could be wiped at least once a month, but it does not seem to be wiped at all), cozy, has everything you need: air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV (found one Russian channel), shower gel and shampoo. The hotel has five floors (6 in our opinion) and minus the first one, where the dining room is located. There is a small elevator. They cleaned every day, towels were also changed daily. Only the bed linen, it seems, has never been changed during the week of our stay there. There was plenty of room for us in the room itself, I don't know why they write that there is no way to turn around. But very poor sound insulation, especially in the bathroom. At some point, Russian-speaking women moved into the room next to ours, and we heard a lot from them, but they probably thought that no one could hear them, since they did not hear us (we just did not communicate from the toilet) :D The staff we managed to talk to were quite polite, especially one receptionist who spoke Russian. The breakfast is quite varied (especially compared to the 3* hotel where we were in Kemer), but every day it's the same: cereals with milk, eggs, onion rings, French fries, melon, watermelon, different types of cheese, sausage, olives, olives, white bread and simit (on which can be spread with butter, different types of jams, honey or chocolate paste), cucumbers and tomatoes. Drinks include tea, water, a coffee machine in which you can make espresso, latte, cappuccino or coffee with milk. I really liked that the disposable cups were paper, not plastic, and they were clearly thrown away, and not allowed to be reused. The street where the hotel is located is quite dirty (like the whole city as a whole) and there are homeless people. At first it scared us, but in fact everything is quite safe, we often returned to the hotel by midnight. There is a large metro station and Marmaray (Yenikapi) nearby, there were no difficulties getting anywhere. Not far away in walking distance there is Migros Jet and a large shopping center, where there are (MMM Migros, Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, Sephora, Nike, etc.). Total of the advantages: free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, hair dryer, safe and air conditioning, bidet and toilet lid with door closer. Friendly staff, daily room cleaning and a varied breakfast. Among the disadvantages: the lack of an iron in the hotel, one small urn in the bathroom for the whole room, the lack of hooks for towels / clothes in the bathroom, poor sound insulation.

The hotel is small, located in an alley. All rooms for two people are small, 12 sq.m. The towels are not fresh. Our room didn't have a door to the shower itself, The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are monotonous. Public transport is not far from the hotel. Don't expect anything more than 3 stars from this hotel.

On the plus side: friendly staff, one of the administrators speaks a little Russian. The rest are not, and in English too… The rooms are cleaned daily (well, almost, if you're lucky). One day, even at our request, the room was not cleaned. There is also a tram stop and a metro station nearby. In general, there are no problems with transport at all. There is a cafe nearby, but keep in mind that the food is everywhere for an amateur) To find a good place, you need to try very hard.... Of the cons: disgusting sound insulation (everything is very audible), it's sooooo time to make repairs at the hotel, the rooms are small, the breakfasts are monotonous… But once again I would like to note as a plus that the staff always tries to make concessions) Even without knowing Russian and English. Nearby, employees of nearby shops are also trying to make concessions) In general, we do not recommend the hotel, but, in extreme cases, it will do)

We expected a homeless shelter according to reviews. And it turned out to be very decent. Clean, fresh, the bed is snow-white, the towels are also quite fresh. I recommend it as an economy option hotel. Very good for your money!

A nice hotel in the middle of Istanbul. My room was small, but everything I needed was present. It is decorated in a European, not a local style. There are only three sockets, one of which is for the TV. Take extension cords with you. The breakfasts are quite hearty, but not very varied. Wi-Fi is normal. There is a very tasty and inexpensive cafe across the street. I would like to note separately that it is quiet at night. The locals don't shout and you can't hear how they call from mosques to prayers.

It couldn't be worse. The breakfast is the same. Pretty shabby rooms, problems with the toilet. The air conditioner was not cleaned at all, it blew with dust. The room has a musty humidity. Clothes to dry on a string outside the window! There are no Russian channels on TV. There is no point in leaving the hotel after 22. In order to avoid dangers, go to your fifth point.

I asked the Turk why there was so much garbage and why they were throwing garbage out on the street. Unfortunately, Yandex does not allow you to add a video, everything is visible there.

The location is good - not far from the tram and the central part, in principle, not far from the embankment. The bed linen is white, there is hot water, a safe, scales for suitcases in the hall. That's all of the advantages)) The rooms are straight MINI, your suitcase will definitely be in the aisle. There is no sound insulation from the word "at all". Breakfasts (more precisely, dry rations) are meager and the same every day, once I got a bitten olive.

We just got home. Everything described below is true. We didn't get enough sleep at all. There is no sound insulation. And our citizens can't talk quietly at night. There is dirt in the room, dust in clouds, there are no glasses, nothing. Needless to say, the microwave is only in the kitchen, I had to ask to warm up the food.

+ close to tram and metro - the breakfasts are the same, not tasty - audibility in the rooms, as if they lived without walls - the room was cleaned only if you left money on the bed - small standard room - tired room (maybe only ours, 111) There are definitely no three stars.
