A place that makes me happy!
It's not the first time I've handed over the film to the guys for development, and everything is as always at the highest level. The timing is usually 2-3 days, but sometimes they can do it in one day. It's always so nice to get ready-made shots and remember the captured moments. In addition to developing, the store has a huge selection of films and cameras. You'll probably never leave empty-handed. Sometimes you can grab and rewind at a nice price.
Thanks a lot to the staff and the owner for such a wonderful place!
The location is also as convenient as possible.

This is the second time I have contacted this darkroom. Development and digitization of 120 format film. This is done only here. They couldn't help me anywhere else. I understand that there is no better place to find. Very competent specialists. Everything is clear, fast, and professional. They communicate with the client in such a way that it seems they were waiting only for you) It's very nice. The soulful atmosphere of the room with hundreds of old cameras, lenses, films, films and everything- ah!!! what cute photo pens))) The development period is 2-3 days. Link to VIBER and that's it. You don't have to go anywhere else. The price - I expected much more expensive. I really like everything. Great respect to the management of this laboratory and many thanks to the staff and the photo masters.

I wanted to buy a camera for a colleague's birthday. I texted them this morning that I wanted to drive up around 8 p.m. I was warned that there would be a technical break from 19 to 20:15. I arrived and saw an announcement that they work until 19 o'clock today. I don't know, maybe 400 people were planning to come to them for the evening and there was no physical opportunity to call everyone and warn them, but something for me looks more like disrespect for customers. I spent a lot of time making a detour after work, and also had to look for another store in a hurry and solve the gift issues in the morning, which also took a lot of time.
As they wrote to me later, "We opened at 20:22," and I left at 20:20.
Respect the people who bring you money and learn how to formulate ads correctly so as not to mislead customers.

The pleasant staff, the owner explained to me a couple of times the nuances of scanning films and other issues, so if necessary, you can count on advice from him. Orders are mostly completed on time, sometimes super fast, but there are also delays. So far, all my films have been developed and scanned qualitatively, nothing has been spoiled. Overall, I am quite happy with this laboratory.

I developed films in this studio for a year, everything was great, fast, no problems, but! The problems started in recent months, when at first not all the film appeared (okay, sometimes I understand everything, not a problem, you can write it off), but when somehow miraculously there was not a single frame on two films from vacation, and you received a dry message in Viber that there were no frames, many questions arise but in this salon, customer orientation is at such a high level that at first you have to wait several days for your message to be read, well, they did not respond, although it would seem that a regular customer, and bought films and scanned only from them, but neither to help find out the reason, nor to suggest possible causes of what happened, nor even no one bothered to answer the question in the chat (!)! It's just ugly and not professional. It's a shame to lose such a seemingly good place....

A super atmospheric laboratory shop. Always nice guys meet and place an order. Human approach and friendliness — they warn you when negatives lie for a long time and are soon to be disposed of — they always went to a meeting and kept them for a couple more days until I pick them up

Minuses
I left the film for the scan and I was let down with the deadlines. The deadline was already much longer than it is offered in other places. But it was delayed for another week. I was trying to find out what the status of the order is, I wrote on Instagram. They clarified my order number and then disappeared. I didn't get any more information. No phones are working, and social networks are not responding either. As it turned out later, this is the principled position of the leadership. They don't have time for this. But I have time to visit them. I listened to a lot of excuses about the heavy workload, and that there are not enough people. Was it possible to warn then about the actual deadlines or not to take on a complex order? May. Was it possible to warn about the shift of deadlines due to some circumstances? May. Has it been done? No. The head told me how much he puts his soul into it, how he likes to do film and that's all. But the problem is that, as far as I understand, if he doesn't like doing something, then he won't, no matter how much it harms the reputation of their studio. Well, a man lives for himself.
On the plus side:
We solved the issue without conflicts. The money was returned.
I liked what a good selection of films the guys had. I went to them mostly for this. But now I won't follow that either.

Terrible attitude towards customers and service. There are no questions for the managers at the counter - they are friendly, they will help. But their head, Timur, is an exceptional case.
Everything was very good, they had it for about a year, when the laboratory was still on the Logoi tract.
In general, if a standard development + scan is needed, the work is likely to be performed satisfactorily. In case you are thinking of something more creative and less ordinary, it is better to think a hundred times before serving here.
04.12.2022 passed the CB film for development and scan. The film is not quite standard - a narrow film (type 135) was shot in medium-format Kiev-6S (type 120). We discussed it with the manager, and the order was accepted. I asked for a panoramic scan with perforation. As a result: the negatives were thrown away in the laboratory, the scans were sent without perforation and no panoramas (see the example of a photo where the border of the frame is visible, but it was left right in the middle of the scan). When asked to redo it, we were fed breakfast (we'll do everything, come back in a week, we can't do it now, because the SSD is coming from Aliexpress). For a couple of months, I periodically looked in on them and reminded them. He left with nothing every time. After that, I went abroad. He returned a year later - the negatives "threw away three boxes in the summer." Timur also got rude on the phone that I "stated my thoughts the third time"
