To begin with, we are not picky and rested in different places. But I've never seen anything like this, especially in Thailand (and this is our third trip here)... A big plus of the hotel is its good location. The territory is not large, but cozy. 2 swimming pools. There are tables and benches throughout the territory. The beach is right across the street - the best beach, there are plenty of deck chairs (50 reclining and 100 deck chairs with a mattress). Next to 7/11 on both sides, there is a tops store (you can buy alcohol at night, well, who went on a spree)))))... The market with the mill is a 7-10 minute walk away (exit from the hotel to the left).. but... The reception service is terrible. Rude, with dissatisfied faces who are not interested in helping the guests (especially the lady with the square hairstyle, like the main one there).... 2 buildings - one of them without balconies (standard). Pay attention to this, because few places indicate that the standard is without a balcony, and the superior is with a balcony. We were given a room on the 3rd floor (without elevator) and without a balcony. We were not satisfied with this and were asked to relocate us - it was refused, like there are no rooms with a balcony and they will be available only after 10 days. We spent the night and applied again in the morning, but on a different shift. They gave us a room, but with an additional payment of 4200 baht for 12 nights - we agreed, because without a balcony and the 3rd floor is for smokers, well, this is clearly not the option for a vacation ... (i.e., we got a room with a balcony for 2120 baht per night) we initially paid 85,000 rubles for it for 13 nights....The price is clearly too high, because even on booking and other aggregators the price is 2 times cheaper....Now by number.... The room itself, or rather the furniture, is all old, the beds are rickety and rigid. There is an inscription on the wall - you can not move the beds, a fine of 5,000 baht!!!! This is some kind of nonsense.) But it's really better not to touch them even - they're barely standing)... There is mold and cockroaches in the bathroom (1 ran on the floor, 2 on the shower curtain - that's the fear, of course, they are huge). The smell of mold was all over the room (when we moved, we didn't immediately feel it, especially since the room would have a balcony) - then we often opened the balcony and the door to at least ventilate.... There is no kettle and no hair dryer. The curtains are torn and dirty... A nuisance has happened.. The child spilled juice on the bed. The linen was changed, but they left it in the room for a day - so that the next day, like, they could catch us in the room and show it off... after long negotiations, it turned out that they allegedly took it to wash, but could not and returned it back to our room))) Deception of pure water))...They didn't even take the underwear. As a result, they took a fine of 3,000 everyday life!!!! When asked to give me the sizes and I will buy them myself, they refuse. Like this underwear is made to order))) I'll do the laundry myself (especially since self-service laundry around the corner costs 200 baht in total) - you can't... show the price list / rules of the hotel, where penalties are prescribed - refusal... This is the first time I've seen this.... In general, be prepared for the fact that any of your accidental actions may result in an unreasonably large fine!!! Do you need it?... Of course, the best impressions were left from the sea and the weather, but not from the hotel and even more so from the staff who are being blatantly deceived(((
If I have a choice of where to stay, I'll choose this hotel. There are few Russians , so I am such a friend among strangers , a stranger among my own .
