We signed a contract on 07/01/2024 for the purchase of a parquet board. We chose 1 variety, or Nature, 220 cm long, 190.80 rubles per 1 sq. m. They paid for it, took it away on 30.09.24. Unpacked it on 08.10 and lost my speech. Instead of a 220 cm parquet board, in each package
of the 10 pieces, there were only 2-3 pieces of this length. Everything else is in segments from 46 cm to 172 cm. On all boards, defects covered with putty reached up to 4.5 cm. The number of these defects is up to 5 pcs.
I called the store, demanded an explanation in high tones. The seller began to tell me that these were such segments for my convenience, instead of a solid board, to reduce waste, he tried to tell me about laying by the deck method. In short, the next day I returned the parquet puzzle back, the money was given to the card.
When asked by the seller about the banal apologies, he proudly answered no with a sense of overfulfilled debt, shrugging his shoulders in perplexity.
Therefore, if you pass by this salon of the store, come on in. Better yet, run!

eventually took the money and bought it elsewhere (where everything was available and it turned out 1.5 times cheaper)
