This is the first time we applied for the purchase of goods and delivery from China, we had no previous experience.
We worked with the manager Adil. We liked everything very much, Adil contacted a number of sellers, so we were able to choose the product. Next, I think everything is standard Order-Payment-Redemption-Quality Control- Packaging-Delivery. It took 25 days from the moment of payment to arrival at the warehouse in Moscow, and this is in the New Year. The goods arrived at the Northern Gate on January 3. I don't even know what grade to put here. The first order was made quite successfully in 20m. And the guys (Lyuba's former manager) found me a great supplier.
When I contacted them again, to find that supplier, I gave them the order number (all I had left), the new manager began to answer me completely uninvolved. Like, they clean the databases every year, and if I don't have the data, "where do we get it from"? What kind of mocking rhetorical question is that? Am I in China? Do I have a database of my customers and orders? The supplier base?
What is this "desire to help", your own, not a third-party, your client, with whom you have already worked. Moreover, it was possible to offer a new order and try to find me a new supplier, they will receive a commission🤦🏻♀️
But by the way, on their website it says that the bases are from 2019-2024, but now you know, they clean the bases. In general, they probably don't quite understand how the client service works.
Then Genghis himself talks mockingly, compares the company with a hundred dollars, so that not everyone likes it-the Spanish shame, of course, and not the company.
You can't get far with this attitude, well, just rivet videos on YouTube and throw dust in your eyes, which company is a pro.
Over here, people haven't been able to get through or finish writing for months, what else can we talk about.

My wife sent a parcel from China in the amount of about 70,000 rubles, but she did not insure it for the entire amount. This "valiant company" lost the parcel, or most likely stole it, because they saw that there was something to profit from, they "searched" for it for more than a month. Genghis did not answer vacap like that (he wrote, called 20 times probably), I wrote to him for more than two weeks, the manager offered to refund the insurance and pay for transportation, which is less than half of the parcel. In the remainder we have a lost profit and a simple one, because the parcel was intended for sale. I do not advise you to apply, deception and lawlessness!
