We had a rest in September 2024.
A very good hotel for 3 stars, even excellent! Responsive staff. The rooms are clean. All rooms are two-room, living room and bedroom, air conditioning hung in the living room, so the bedroom had a comfortable temperature.
Kitchen: the staff is polite and friendly. The dishes are clean, dirty dishes are always cleaned on time, clean appliances are changed. The food is delicious, maybe not very diverse, but we have never been hungry. Five meals a day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and late soup). I was very pleased with the soup after evening walks from 23:00 to 0:00.
Private beach, free sun lounger, umbrella. The towels are yours! There is a paid bar on the beach.

I liked everything about it. Quiet, calm and cozy without unnecessary noise.close to the sea, nice sandy beach. The kitchen? Normal food, you won't stay hungry, nothing special, everything I eat at home. Who wants something from the national dish, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

We stayed at the hotel for a week in July 2022. We are very, very satisfied with the level of the hotel. Everything is convenient. Calm, comfortable. The manager is always in the Central Lobby, keeps the work of the hotel under control and is very attentive to the guests. The hotel staff is professional and very grateful for tips. At first glance, the hotel is small, but it has 2 buildings of 6 floors each. You can get to the sea in a swimsuit, on a straight road 4-5 minutes at a slow pace. There is a cafe near the hotel for locals, write coffee for 10-15 liras. Delicious. They will always give you water and sweets. The hotel has its own beach, with free sun beds and umbrellas. The sea is calm. After sunset, the sand. Who is not a swimmer, it is very convenient and comfortable. There are abandoned mattresses and circles on the beach and you can use them without buying. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to Cleopatra Beach. It is beautiful, the water is turquoise. There are pebbles and waves. You can leave at 10.30 or 11.30. Back at 17.00. We don't like to roast in the sun, so we went once. In general, the hotel is conveniently located, a little away from the embankment of the central street and you can do shopping without getting tired. We took a taxi to the Alanium shopping center. They didn't regret it. The food at the hotel is excellent. Everything is fresh and diverse. The chef and the SOUS chef are always in the hall, they control the display of dishes. Everything is delicious! In general, they made a wish to return.

We have been vacationing with a friend at this hotel since June 21, 2023 for two weeks.A very nice hotel.The rooms are all two-room, the food is decent.I will not describe how many types of cheeses and salads, Everything is enough.Many people wrote about the beach, you can add that the maren beach is paid this year.The boss of the Servet Bay Hotel, this is really the owner with a capital letter.Someone wrote nasty reviews, God is your judge.The hotel has a very good atmosphere.. tourists are mostly from Europe, we had a few in the Russian Federation, but everything is OK.If by chance I find myself in Alanya, I will be happy to choose this hotel.

Nice two-room rooms with a balcony and everything you need. Free Wi-Fi. A six-course meal with a large selection of dishes, desserts and fruits, and most importantly - a lot of things are really delicious. Cocktails at the bar were paid, and alcohol and soda separately were free 🤔 Two pools with a water slide. The location is excellent - close to the "center", old Alanya, Damlatash cave and the funicular that lifts into the fortress. There is everything nearby - shops, supermarkets, restaurants, 10 minutes to the sea by walking along mandarin alley 🌴
The hotel rents 2 beach spots with free sun beds and Wi-Fi. There is one near the hotel, but the entrance to the water is disgusting - made of huge slippery stone slabs and cobblestones, the beach is narrow mixed with sand and pebbles, the sea is cloudy - there is a sewer drain and a port nearby. Along Keikubat beach, it takes about 2 km to get to a more or less decent part of it. The second point, rented by the hotel, is located on Cleopatra Beach. Free transportation is provided, which goes back and forth several times a day. We never got to it, but according to the guide, the place is much better there.
The staff is very friendly, but there are few Russian and English speakers. The order is carefully monitored, the owner of the hotel was in it on a regular basis, trying to solve all issues. For example, if a noisy guest stays at a hotel, then after a couple of remarks he is transferred to another hotel 👍🏻 There were a large number of guests, mostly Europeans.
In general, I have mostly pleasant impressions 😌

Excellent food for different tastes, excellent staff, polite, speaks different languages. The location of the hotel is in the center of Alanya. Nearby there are shops for different tastes, including two Migros. The beach is a 7-minute walk away, the territory is small, but there are two pools. The rooms are two-room, the rooms have everything. Cleanliness on a 5-point scale of 5 👌🏻 is not the first time I have rested in this hotel. I recommend.

June 2022. The location of the hotel is very good - a 5-minute walk to the sea. The sun beds are free, the beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is quite normal - a couple of steps of pebbles, then sand, even children enter without problems. There are always free sun beds.
Meals: breakfast - omelette, fried eggs, pancakes fried in front of you, steamed vegetables, boiled eggs, cereals, snacks, French fries, sausages in sauce, eggplant or zucchini stewed, olives, olives, nutella, 5 types of jams, 6 types of cheese, delicious! sausage, a lot of greens, fresh vegetables, honey in honeycombs, 5-6 types of fruits and some other snacks. Lunch and dinner, respectively, are also plentiful and varied.
Room cleaning every day. Linen and towels are always fresh and clean, I don't know how often they are changed, but there has never been any doubt about cleanliness.
The room consists of two rooms, air conditioning in the living room, works quite quietly. Sometimes we slept with an open balcony, the singing of the mullahs in our room did not bother us. The hair dryer is in the bedroom. A large balcony with a table and chairs, a dryer on the balcony for things.
The staff is friendly, not intrusive, speaks a little Russian.
Alcoholic drinks in the bar are not bad, delicious beer, there is white and red wine, gin, vodka, liqueur and whiskey. The rest of the drinks are for money.
Two swimming pools, a slide, a children's paddling pool. There is table tennis, of course, he has known better days, but you can play. Air hockey and billiards are paid.

Good Wi-Fi is paid, but I was quite comfortable with the free one, which works both in the room and in the lobby.
The shower cabin is 50*60 cm. Large people are probably not very comfortable, we were fine.
Conclusion: the hotel is wonderful, delicious food, good service, convenient location.
P.S. The second beach on Cleopatra is good, but it is inconvenient to drive, since the return bus is only in the evening. You can return by taxi or by city bus.

A great hotel, three stars of which are worth all five! Cleanliness in the hotel itself and specifically in the rooms, daily cleaning with a change of linen, delicious varied meals every day, polite attentive staff - this is all about this hotel.
The owner of the hotel meets with each guest and advises on all issues of interest. At the same time, it is explained in good Russian. Once again, I would like to note the kindness and attention of all the staff.
Also, it should be noted the comfort in the rooms, excellent sound insulation, two swimming pools (one with a slide).
In general, everything you need for a good family holiday is here!
The location of the hotel is good: everything is within walking distance - the city center with parks, the main attractions, of course beaches with free sun beds and umbrellas for guests of this hotel, shops and restaurants. However, they did not even go into the latter, they ate at the hotel - they were fed no worse than in the restaurant.
No need to experiment, come here and relax! I will do so.

A great place, friendly staff, just a great place for 3 stars.
It so happened that we got to this hotel by accident, or rather, the circumstances turned out that the Bonapart sealine hotel became the only possible place of rest for my husband and me, where we were satisfied with the price, availability of flight tickets and location.
After the overnight flight, we arrived at the hotel very tired, breakfast was already over, we thought we would have to wait until 14.00 for check-in and lunch.
As a result, we were kindly greeted, fed and checked into the room for free at 11.00.
The rooms in the hotel are comfortable, the standard room includes a bathroom with shower, a bedroom, a living room (two different rooms) and a balcony (where you can dry things). The room is clean, since the hotel is not new, there are scuffs on the furniture and the fabrics are just burnt out, but again it is very clean and here you need to understand that this is 3 *. They clean minimally every day, change towels. The only disadvantage is that the cleaner can open the door with her key without knocking for cleaning, so I advise you to close the door from the inside.
It was very important for us to have Wi-Fi in the hotel, because my husband works all the time. We have read a lot that Turkey is not very good with the Internet in hotels, or it is paid. Here we were pleasantly surprised, there is free Internet throughout the hotel, including in the room.
There are 2 swimming pools, one slide and a children's pool on the territory of the hotel. The main restaurant, lobby bar and cocktail bar. Everything is healthy in terms of food, fresh vegetables, fruits, a variety of cheeses. The hot stuff is mostly pasta, a lot of stewed vegetables or grilled, meat - chicken, turkey. Fish is also present. As for alcohol according to all inclusive - the beer is quite normal, so far we have tried only gin and tonic, which is very good. In general, there are no complaints about food and drink.
As for the beach and the sea. The sea is simply gorgeous, the views from this place in Alanya are simply stunning, no matter which way you look. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, residents of the Bonapart sealine hotel have sun beds and umbrellas for free on Maren Beach. By the way, you can connect to Wi-Fi from the Panorama hotel on the beach, it doesn't catch perfectly, but you can upload Instagram and subscribe to Whatsapp. There is also a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. There are a huge number of cafes, bars, discos and karaoke along the beach line.
In general, the place is excellent, the value for money is excellent. The attitude towards Russian tourists is very good (although we have read reviews that are so-so, the Germans are more loved here. But in fact, the predominant number of tourists are Germans). And most importantly, it turned out that 3* in Turkey is already an excellent level of service. We recommend the hotel. We rest on 07/6/2021-07/14/2021.
By the way, we walked through the streets and as it turned out, I wandered into the most popular place. A huge number of clubs and bars, hangouts, etc. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the hotel at a calm pace.

The worst hotel in the 3* category. Laudatory reviews are written for the "buns" from the hotel manager, for hookah and cocktails. An old, dead room stock, a bathtub in a fungus, a huge amount of hair in the room. There is little food, either too salty or very spicy. There is a crowd of people in the dining room, there is no question of observing safety standards, masks are forced to wear only Russians, this does not concern Europeans, they can do anything. The beach at the hotel is rocky, the bottom is covered with sharp boulders, be careful. The sea is full of garbage and muddy (near the port) look for another beach, or better yet a hotel.There is no animation and there will be no animation, Turkish schoolchildren will come once a week to beat the drum. The alcohol in the bar is disgusting, we bought it ourselves at the supermarket. The manager of this hotel is not quite adequate. He molested my 16-year-old daughter, offered to take her virginity! Stay away from the old ghoul that lives in the office on the left side of the entrance.

This hotel even pulls for 4*, we arrived at 10 a.m. we were met, everything was explained at the reception they speak Russian, the food is varied and very tasty. We didn't want to go to the sea for the first two days, the pool is gorgeous, warm, the slide is working, it's a paradise for children here. The center of Alanya is a 15-minute walk away. 2 beaches are close, 7 and 10 minutes walk, sun beds + mattresses +umbrellas for free. The staff is friendly, despite the end of the season. There were people in the hotel who came for the second time. There have been 4-5 stars in different places in Turkey several times, so there is something to compare it with. We brought towels with us, we walked once more to the beach, which is also not a problem. All we needed was whiskey and a free beach bar, the rest is better than some club hotels.
