I always left you in a good mood, the staff will always wish you a good day and choose everything according to my taste, but on 28.03 the employee, who was not very attractive, as it turned out, refused to sell me, because for some reason she needed my passport, offered it in electronic format, because I haven't worn it for a long time, anyway she refused me, I told her that I was a regular customer here and, in principle, in this store chain, I have a regular customer card that was registered when I showed my passport, which means I'm not a 15-year-old girl anymore, which is very logical, and I'm sure for 15-17 years I haven't been for a long time I look good. In the end, I can say that the mood is spoiled and going here has discouraged all desire!

I was very pleased with the moment when I came to the store with a bag. It was "feminine", but filled to the brim. The seller kindly pointed to a hook near the counter so that I could hang it up. It's kind of a small thing, but it was very nice. I don't know how you do it, but after such a gesture, the seller immediately endeared himself. In addition, I paid attention to: pleasant, unobtrusive music, pleasant aroma of the diffuser and, good lighting and cleanliness! I always went to this store, all the staff: both boys and girls are friendly, they will tell you everything and show you. But today, on 08.11, an incompetent employee came across who demanded a passport, although I am 28 years old and I clearly do not look 17. The store is located next to the house, I find it ridiculous to take my passport with me at the age of 28. On my offers to show a passport photo, get an SMS code to my phone number to prove that I am a regular customer here, the employee refused. Thus, the mood and desire to continue buying anything in this store was spoiled.
