An excellent, not expensive hotel with a small territory and its own mini water park, line 3, tuk-tuk goes to the sea, but you can walk in 10 minutes. The rooms are ordinary, the main thing is there is air conditioning, refrigerator and clean. The food is excellent, alcohol is available. In the evening of the program, there is a stage. Free sauna, beach towels in the same place. You can spend the whole day on the beach, and cafes with food and drinks are open. Nearby there are shops, markets, currency exchange. You can take a minibus to Manavgat, and from there by bus to Antalya and Alanya. The hotel is not for the fussy.

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are cozy, clean, the linen is snow-white, the food is great: there were trout and grilled chicken steaks. There are a lot of vegetables, few fruits, but a wide variety of cakes. There is plenty of alcohol, the cocktails are quite tasty: rum, tequila, gin are poured from small bottles. The wine in the bottle bar is also good, all this from morning to evening, until 12 at night, more precisely. The beach is 10 minutes away along a beautiful path, there were enough sun beds for everyone, you can walk along the beach to Side or take a bus in 20 minutes, and Side is an open-air museum, very interesting, atmospheric, beautiful. The staff are all friendly, they solve problems, but they won't check you in before 14, unfortunately, apparently the hotel is always full. The animation was standard- a children's disco and after karaoke or disco. There were a lot of children, we hung out in the pools all the time, the slides were not turned on often, I'm not a fan, but sometimes I saw that they were working. A very good entrance to the sea for children, shallow and sandy - there are few places where it is found in Turkey. I definitely recommend it.

I liked the hotel as a whole. We settled right away. The hair dryer was broken. We contacted the reception and got it replaced. We were in October. There are few fruits, but there were. Apples, oranges, grapes. There is enough food, you can choose if you have time))) (just before the opening, huge families with children come rushing in, similar to the locals, but I don't know, I won't judge the nationality, they take a lot of food, take all the plates, even grab the cakes with their hands. It's not a pleasant sight. But still, after this debacle, we managed to find food for ourselves. The food is mostly all spicy. Keep in mind. Two coffee machines. The device was of the juice type, but the juice was there for the first two days, then it was simply diluted with water to such an extent that no one drank anymore. The pool was open until 6. Then everyone was kicked out. There is a medical center. They measured our blood pressure for free. There was some entertainment every evening. We went dancing once. And so every evening we went for a walk in the city. The beach is nice. But small. You could have French fries and burgers. Many sun beds are broken. The sea is very salty. Clean sand. The approach is smooth. The waves were strong. The buoys are not very far away.
They take you to the beach for free every half hour. Of the alcohol in the bar, I liked only cocktails. I don't know how they write about wine, that it's delicious. It's terrible. It probably depends on the month of arrival. But we weren't even advised to take wine at the bar. What's white and what's red is just disgusting. The staff is friendly everywhere. Many people understand Russian.

If you take a balcony on the other side, then the festivities there will not let you sleep if you are used to going to bed before 12-1 at night. Cleaning was almost every day. The towels were changed 3 times in 8 days. I've read a lot of negative things about this hotel. Well, I agree with some things, but not with others. When you drive and you know about these "surprises" you don't get so upset)) This is not a joke for sure. But if your budget is limited, then why not. We liked it. But just for once. We won't be coming back.

We stayed in this hotel for 12 days starting from August 05. The room was nice, cleaned every other day. There was always gel and shampoo in the shower. The shower stall was broken, but no one planned to repair it, it was possible to wash, and then clean up the water from the floor. There are a lot of Turkish tourists with families who come for a couple of days on vacation with children, so there are always a lot of people at the reception. There are not enough sun beds by the pool, because large families occupied many sun beds at once and practically did not use them, but they were not given to others either.As for the food, it's a complete horror! For dinner, people take a queue and when the restrictions are lifted, people knock each other down and rush for cakes and pastries, respectively, after 5 minutes there are no goodies. People sort fruits in the same way within a few minutes. Then they don't report anything, in general, those who didn't have time were late. The pasta comes out cold, straight with water, like pigs! The food is also sorted out quickly and not all dishes can be reported, you have to be content with what's left, but stewed, not attractive vegetables at all. The tables and chairs in the dining room are dirty, and to find well-washed dishes (plates), you need to sort through the plates. The sea is gorgeous, the water is clean, but the territory that belongs to the hotel is small. There are few sun beds, not enough for everyone, and a lot of broken ones. I don't really want to come to this hotel, and I can't recommend it to my friends either.

We rested at the hotel at the end of October 2024. The hotel is not bad. It is located in the village of Evrenseki. There is a ring of buses nearby. Food, service without special features. The room is standard. The mattresses were very hard and the pillows too. The beach is not far away. 7-10 minutes on foot. There is a shuttle. The most attractive thing is the sea and the beach. The best coast of Side. There is a bar on the beach with beer and drinks, lunch, fruits. There is a chic promenade along the five-star hotels. I put 3 stars because the hotel hardly reaches 3 stars. But the price and quality are acceptable. They cook a lot, but: there are no first courses, little meat only (chicken), no fish and seafood, drinks are heavily diluted, the furniture is all outdated. Pros: 7 minutes walk to the sea or a minibus every 30 minutes, different concerts are given every day, there is a bar on the beach and you can also have lunch on the beach, and of course the sea is clean, warm and there are no flying insects.

This is not my first time in Turkey, but in such a 4* hotel for the first time, I must say, I really did not like it, the hotel is tired, the Wi-Fi connection in the room is paid, three euros per day, free at the reception, the food is below average, during my stay there were never any purely meat dishes, only poultry, or something made of minced meat,the location is the second line, it's loudly said, ten minutes on foot and there is a slide, although there is a minibus, the beach is terrible, there are few sunbeds,people walk in the morning, they take a lot of them broken, the river flows nearby, so the water is diluted and not as warm as in others I really do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Now in order: the hotel is already dilapidated, repairs are required, and the room stock is being modernized. The air conditioning in the room is old, noisy, thank God it worked at all. The elevator worked one of the two, and then, strangely, it went first to the ground level, then up. The alcohol was all terrible, I didn't like the beer, the whiskey was generally kind of burning, then in the evening my stomach hurt a lot, the wine is the cheapest in large bottles, it is written dry. We had to pour this wine ourselves. For the sake of interest, I tried all the Alcohol a little at a time, very much for amateurs or someone to stupidly attack. Let's go further: the dishes in the dining room are dirty, the assortment almost does not change during the entire holiday. Only chicken is made of meat, and then you don't always find legs, usually it's like goulash in pieces. 2 times there was a fish, like our capelin, it tasted, only bigger. The rice and mashed potatoes were delicious. From vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, sometimes radishes, beets. Lots of greenery, that's a plus. Of the fruits, only apples, plums, grapes, once there were small bananas. There is one large pool, you can swim. There were also slides, but we did not try to ride them. There was animation, not every day, but still there was, sometimes even quite good. There is a bus to the beach, you can also walk 10-15 minutes slowly. This is probably the 4th line from the sea, but it's still not far to go. There is a very busy road near the hotel, the question arises: at night, listen to the road or the terribly noisy air conditioner, it's up to you to decide... there is a bar on the beach, everything is not bad there, you can eat hamburgers, who likes this, the assortment is not rich, drink tea bags, coffee, different drinks, beer. I can tell you a lot more interesting things. I will not go to this hotel myself anymore and I do not advise anyone. The sea and the beach are gorgeous, Side is generally a great area for recreation, in October the sea is warm, the weather is excellent, it's almost 30 degrees outside. The beach is sandy, clean, the sun loungers at the hotel are partially broken, there is a private beach, but there are not enough sun beds even for a third of the guests. The dining room was taken with a fight at lunch and dinner, I have not seen this anywhere, especially when Turks with their families came on Fridays and collected plates full of everything. And then you walk around like that, you look at them, and you didn't get the grapes, for example, or something else. In general, I do not recommend this hotel.

Good afternoon, dear travelers. I want to leave a review about this hotel. My husband and I travel a lot, but this is the first time we've seen this. The hotel is a nightmare. Dirty, we were cleaned once during the ten days of our stay. The bed linen is dirty and torn. The towels are torn and gray. Our number was 1101. Right at the reception. We constantly heard complaints and scandals. And on weekends, the hotel was filled with locals. There were fights and screams in the evenings. The police were called. I also want to touch on the restaurant (dining room). The dishes are greasy and dirty. The spoons are plastic. The food is disgusting. If there was a grill, then the locals immediately took it, several plates at once. And those who were more modest, remained with nothing. (hungry). Now about hospitality: when we arrived at the hotel, the first thing we heard was that our room would depend on us, flattery extorted money. He's a guy with a curly forelock. And two girls from Kyrgyzstan, when I asked for an extension of the room, said that the extension costs $ 200 per hour. The name is like Janat or Janet. And there's ankle-deep water in the toilet in our room. They came once and cleaned it with a mop . And then the rest of the days we walked on the water. That's about it. It's up to you.

The food is monotonous, only chicken is made from meat, only mackerel is made from fish, it is grilled for which people stand for half an hour (photo attached) it is not clear why it is then brought to the dining room.
A big minus is the contingent: locals from distant villages who come with the whole family, and it is very numerous. Because of this, queues in the dining room, lack of fruits, because they collect a lot of plates, and all the rest of the food is also then sitting at the pigsty tables for several hours. There were also fights involving them. They occupy several tables and sometimes there is no place to sit.
The plates in the dining room are dirty, the appliances are too, but they were also missing several times they ate with plastic appliances.
The beach is also a separate song. He's very small! There are very few sun beds, half of them are broken (local women break them by sitting on one sunbed in five). I came early (I like to get up early) and took the sunbed calmly, but as soon as I tried to get up, the locals immediately swooped in trying to take the sunbed.
There is practically no animation.
The room is small, the air conditioner worked only for blowing. A hard mattress was placed on top of a soft one for an additional fee.
The staff is normal but annoying (in terms of give me a phone number, etc.)
There is no Territory. We didn't ride the roller coaster, I can't say about this. Beach bags are no longer available.
I do not recommend the hotel, although I talked to those who rested in the budget fives there is almost the same situation.

Not a bad 4 after being moved out of the hotel and Akalia suite, spa, this hotel seemed like paradise. There was animation every day, decent breakfast, lunch and dinner, and plenty of everything. I chose the price and so that there would be slides for the child, it would be better to pay extra!!! 99% of Turks, from remote areas with children, wrapped up from head to toe, talk in raised tones and eat a lot.They also swim from head to toe wrapped up, ride down the slides with the whole family. The slides have a small pool, a paddling pool.For breakfast, at 7 a.m. no one is there yet, by 7:30 all 99% are being pulled up. At lunch, it is more free, but for dinner, there is a queue for half an hour in the dining room, behind the grill and for fruits. THEY RUSH knocking down everything in their path. They grab plates, push, shout.It's a nightmare. I've never seen this before. We sat down to eat with the child, there is a table for 2 people and for 6 people. She ran in exhausted, screamed, took my plates of food, connected her husband, the waiters, and in the end we were just kicked out to another table. They were sitting together at a table for 6 people. On September 10, there were fewer of them, our people arrived)) They started playing Russian music, Turkish music disappeared. A nightmare, not a hotel! It's like a ruined vacation! The kitchen is dirty, the food is spoiled! They served products with mold and didn't even bother to clean them! They never found a clean plate, they had to wash it themselves every time, for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Cleaning the room only after a huge scandal! And so it is every time! I had to go for shampoo three or four times! There's dirt in every corner! The beach is a different story! Dirty, the deck chairs are broken, and there were not enough sun beds for all of them! I didn't like the hotel very much, but considering the price, we can say that it is a good option for price and quality. The hotel needs a major upgrade, the feeling that the management still did not leave all 6 days that they were there. Everything seems to work, but there is a nuance everywhere - there seems to be food, but if you did not take a queue 20 minutes before the restaurant opened, then there is nothing to eat, there are not enough tables, you even had to eat on sun beds. Animation seems to be there too, but only in the evenings, the detectives club is closed, the playground is like a cattle pen. There are slides, but they turn on late, there are only 3 circles for a large slide, and often it was not turned on at all. There is a transfer to the beach, but the bus is always packed. There was a restaurant on the beach itself, but it works until 17 o'clock in total, and a snack from 12 to 16 and again there is not enough table, although the food is delicious. As a result, the hotel seems to be normal, but with its own nuances, if it doesn't bother someone, then it's a great option for the price. But I'm not going there anymore.

I only give three stars because of the guys in the bar and dining room. My worst vacation ever. Dirt, saving on everything, queues for dinner. A large number of local vacationers who are everywhere, pushing away, climbing without waiting in line, picking up a mountain of drinks and food. Their children are noisy. WiFi is not working well at the reception. I'm eating, if you didn't grab it first, then finish what's left. However, respect to the confectioners. It's beautiful and delicious. The hotel is price-quality compliant, we were in May 2024, the food is delicious, queues if you want to stand. The pools are clean, the children swam endlessly, no one picked up anything. There was not much animation, a modest mini disco, magic tricks 1 time, the rest of the days, either a disco or karaoke. If there is a company, then the rest will be great. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, we took the bus back in the heat. The beach is dirty, but the sea is the same as in the neighboring expensive hotels. If the price is good, you should take it!

I had a rest from May 5 to May 14. The flight was delayed for 13 hours. I was at the hotel at 21.30. Of course, I was late for dinner. But the guys at the reception immediately sent me to the bar. I didn't have time to finish my coffee, they already brought me the room key, escorted me out, checked me in. WiFi was immediately connected. The lobby is free of charge. And I didn't need any more.
Maybe because I was at the beginning of the season, I was lucky. Great room on the ground floor. The cleaning is excellent, the cleanliness is perfect. The restaurant is wonderful. The food is, as it were, from cheap products. But the chefs are magicians, I gained + 2 kg in 10 days.
The sea is a separate topic. Walking +-15 minutes at a leisurely pace. There is a transfer service, but as you like.
The sand is fine, the sea is transparent. But after a week there were not enough sunbeds.
There was water aerobics, but it can't. I can't say anything.
A separate topic is the SPA, a test massage was offered. I went. I didn't understand anything. But I decided to take the course. I paid for 8 sessions. This is not a massage, but a parody of it. She asked for the remaining money back. They refused. Russian Russians would not come to them only after she promised to write a negative review, arrange a Russian-Turkish war, and said that no Russian would come to them with me, the money was returned, but only for 4 sessions. It seems that the test was also counted. I fought with them for 4 days. No one apologized, no one offered to change the massage therapist.
There is still such a moment. A Russian Russian guy, Kostya, works at the hotel, the Russians turned to him for all questions, he was always attentive to everything. If you do not want to be deceived somewhere, contact him for all consultations. He does not take money for this. But he will always tell you and help you.
I don't know if this review will help anyone or not. But I was flying to the sea. I was satisfied with everything.
There is still such a moment. There was no wifi in the hotel one evening. And I needed to call SIDE urgently. The guy at the reception gave me his phone. She offered money, but refused. And the luggage was weighed there for free. No one took money from me. But I still put the lira in the cleaning woman's pocket, she didn't even want to take it.
Would you like to come back? Yes! But I don't like to go to the same hotel twice. Turkey is big. I want to see something of him.

It's a horror, not a hotel. The worst thing is that the hotel has dirt and unsanitary conditions in the dining room. The food is not always fresh, flies fly, cats run. Flies land on food, dirty walls, dirty plates. They caught infections and suffered with their stomachs, they had to take pills every day after each meal. Crumbs and leftovers are dumped on the floor, then stepped on and carried around the hotel. I really regret that I chose this hotel for a vacation, guided by the reviews. Let's write honest reviews, this is a dump, not a hotel. It should be closed for violations of sanitary standards. The sea in side is cool, the sun beds are broken on the beach. The manager doesn't care, they came up several times, there was zero reaction. This hotel needs to be closed and buried.

Of course, I won't go anymore, with this attitude, I paid for everything, got almost nothing. From the good: a pleasant water park, the slides are not bad, both adults and children, the village is good, there is a place to walk and where to go, bus stops nearby. The sea in Side is beautiful. I repeat once again, my opinion is negative about the hotel, but this is the end of the season, before closing for the winter, it is for this period that I advise you not to even look towards this hotel. Perhaps it's not bad at the height of the season, but a very small beach and a restaurant are confusing, it seems to me it will be a little cramped when fully loaded.

Do not expect a good hotel and service. The animation is weak. It is designed mainly for not spoiled tourists. Food for 3. The room stock is old. The only thing in the hotel was more or less slides in the pool for children, but there is very little space in the shade and the sun beds stand on top of each other, it's terrible, especially when everyone around is smoking. If the price is up to 120 t.p. for 2 adults + 1 child for 10 days, then it is justified, if higher, then NO. You will be very disappointed, and even cry, we have seen a lot of such tourists.

We had a vacation with a friend in May 2023. The hotel is cozy.. Everything worked in the rooms. The staff is friendly, they responded promptly to the request. The kitchen is not bad. Fruits: pears, apples, oranges, grapefruit. Lots of greenery. Turkey chicken meat, beef.. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, and there was a shuttle service from the hotel every hour. The sea is super!!! The beach is yellow sand, there are sun beds with mattresses. The weather was wonderful!

We were given a room with a view of the garbage dump, a scanty balcony, and in addition, the mattress was covered in springs. We have paid for a standard room. We went back to the reception, they told us that there were no rooms, either $ 200 and you will have a room, or look for another hotel. We had a rest in October at this hotel. A good hotel, for a holiday with children, even very much. There were a lot of children, even out of season. If you are looking for a family vacation, with animation during the day and in the evenings, I would recommend this place. Relatively inexpensive, delicious cuisine, friendly staff. Cons - 1. weak WiFi, the one that is free (next to the reception desk), but you can buy access for an additional fee 2. Spa, hamamm do not advise at all, it was a nightmare for which you can write a separate comment (but tenants are different every year and maybe everything will be fine in the new season) 3. there was a feeling that they wanted to sell every little thing that should be "included". For example, it costs $ to weigh a suitcase at check-out, it seems like nonsense, but it's unpleasant. And there are many such moments.
Well, if you are not fans of children's screams, noisy animation in the evenings, then I still do not advise. The second time I would not go, I realized that I like more cozy hotels, even if not big ones.

You can generally walk to the beach from the hotel (the trouble is only in the steep ascent - 30-40 meters). The hotel's pool is excellent, it is cleaned normally. There are 3 pools! From a frog to an adult. The animators are very positive and funny guys. The program is the same every day for children in the evenings (which, in general, is very good for toddlers). The animator with dreadlocks (Ismail, it seems) is generally a separate respect! And those who write that there is no animation... You haven't seen "any" animation. Evening animation for adults is scheduled for a week. The daytime one is the same almost every day. In the morning - in the aqua aerobics pool (well, so-so, but fun!). Then darz, some more fun for those who want to wave their arms and legs. A lot of paid content for children, yes. Zorbing, electric car riding, inflatable trampoline, trampoline with slings, slot machines. (everything costs 5 bucks). The slides are turned on 2 times a day for 2 hours (2 to 2). Everyone skated! Both adults and children (it's free). In general, we are satisfied (I went with my family). About taking a place in the dining room - yes! If you want to eat right in the front rows, take it... I'm not proud, I came in later and ate without any queues and other nonsense. In short, you can adjust in a day!

If everything was like on the first day, I would put 4 stars. But the staff acted like pigs and just survived people. We are under the closure of the season from October 9 to October 14. But as they did, no one came from the hotels. They cleaned everything: snack bar, ice cream, cleaned the number of dishes on the buffet, cleaned the night soup, tables in the dining room. Animation ended, we got only the 1st day for animation, then everything was closed. Sun beds and awnings were cleaned on the beach. Right during the rest. Someone tried to be indignant, to which he received a very rude response. The last few days and the water park stopped working
Keep in mind, the hotel is not new. More like a boarding house. Mostly pensioners and families with children have a rest

Lunch is bad on the beach, in the building, lunch time can be safely set from 12.30 to 13 o'clock, because there is no food anymore. And so. We paid 124 thousand for a stay in this hotel for 11 days for two from August 30, now it is considered cheap. The tour was bought 4 days before departure. You can rest, you will not stay hungry, and knowing all the disadvantages, you will not even be upset.
