A new hotel, but a lot of minor flaws. For example, there are no towel racks in the bathroom. The food is delicious and varied. There are many Germans and Poles. If you learn to speak a couple of phrases in German, then bars will quickly serve- Ain Cola, Zwein whiskey, guten morgen, danke Schoen. Of the obvious disadvantages, the pools were heated for the first couple of days, then for some reason they stopped, so the water there became very invigorating due to the cold nights in October; the sauna worked only 3 hours a day from 15 to 18 hours, and about 17 the stove was turned off; in the bathroom, with a strong wind, an unpleasant smell of sewage appeared due todue to the lack of a water valve in the shower drain. After complaints, a plastic valve was installed and the smell passed. In general, a small unreasonable saving on the part of the manager, which can be easily corrected.
Overall, I liked everything. The pool is super. There is a spa and a gym. The drinks are excellent. One disadvantage is not the first line, you have to get to the sea by bus.
We visited this hotel in October’24. It's new, I don't recommend it for very demanding guests.
What didn't you like:
- Far from the sea, you need to take a bus that runs from the beach to the hotel, the waiting time is about 8 minutes.
- There is little variety of food
- They don't wash the dishes well
- Evening program
- Lack of original cocktails
- Coffee shop without branded cups with you, for ice coffee, you need to go to the bar instead of the coffee shop
- There are no brushes in the room, take them with you
- There is no warm blanket in the room, but they will give it if you ask
- The staff does not speak Russian
- The hotel's territory is very small, there is nowhere to walk
Of the advantages:
+ Cozy and modern rooms
+ Jacuzzi on the balcony
+ Room cleaning
+ Courteous staff
+ There are shops downstairs
+ There is a gym and a small swimming pool at the bottom of the hotel
+ Delicious fruits
